Wanted a quit little lounge to enjoy a drink. Atmosphere was exactly what I was after and the server was nice. Ordered an old fashioned. Was probably the worst one I’ve ever had! No large ice cube (just random small/crushed ice), watered down, improperly balanced, and tasted truly awful.

0 stars rooms do not be ready in time my room was supposed to be done at 1 it is 6:22 pm and my room still not ready. I have been waiting in the lobby for hours. Do not recommend tbh.

I stayed here on Christmas Day for a work trip. The front desk staff were nice but the restaurant was subpar. The meal served for the holiday was poorly prepared and wine I order was served in a dirty glass. I tried to alert the staff but they were only three people available and none would stop. I was very disappointed.

Ignorant security harassing people constantly. Looking for issues. The toilet paper holder fell apart by the touch. The shower head is horrible it's like showering in a third world country. Makes no sense. I will never come back. The Hyatt is close enough with better service.

The hotel itself is not bad. In the great location, right in front of the Cardinals ballpark, I can see the park from my room. The two stars are for the service and an elevator. We arrived here on a Saturday night, just for one night, because we were passing through. This hotel also has a rooftop lounge/bar, but I am unsure because I couldn't get to it. Tell me why, as a hotel guest, I have to stand in line with the rest of the people who want to get to the Roof Top. Shouldn't you prioritize your guests first? And then, to get to your room floor, we also had to wait in line. I'm sorry Hilton, I know you can do better. Don't disappoint again, please.

TLDR -stay somewhere else! I really wanted to like this place, because I am usually happy with Hilton. This hotel, however, does not live up to the Hilton brand. First off, check-in is not until 4pm and though they said they would try to let me check in early, I actually got to the desk at 4:45pm and my room still wasn't ready. I either had to wait 30 minutes or they could put me in the same room 3 floors down. I opted for the lower room because I was tired, hungry, and wanted to go to the pool. There were numerous issues with this hotel. #1 - I was told on the phone (and it is on the website) that they provide "complimentary EV charging" in both the self-parking and valet garages. This is not true. When I got to the self park garage (the valet had to point it out b/c when I called to ask where it was, the rude woman in guest services wouldn't give me an address, she just kept saying "it's a block away") I easily found the charging stations, but they wanted a credit card and the fee was $2.00 an hour! Anyone want to do the math on that? Don't worry, I did it for you; it's $2880 for a 24 hour stay. I again called the hotel and asked if I was in the wrong place and the rude woman was the one who answered so I asked her to transfer me to the front desk. James at the front desk was very nice and indicated they had not had that issue before so I asked if there was another set of chargers. He said no but put me on hold to talk to a manager. When he came back he said to return and just use valet and the hotel would comp my parking. Great, thank you! Problem solved and the valet did plug my car in overnight. #2 The whole room not being ready thing. #3 My room was 1537 west, but all of the meetings and the pool are in the east wing. The west wing is about a city block away. Not super convenient. #4 The closet door was missing the handle. I noticed because when I was changing into my swimsuit I accidentally backed into it and stabbed myself on the butt with the spike sticking out from where the handle should have been. #5 The pool was cold. #6 The shower handle in my room came off in my hand when I went to turn it on. I pushed the button for guest services (nothing for front desk on the phone) and was told by the nasty woman that she would tell engineering but couldn't give me an estimate on how long it would be and she didn't have another room to move me into. 30 minutes later I called again bc I was freezing and had her transfer me to the front desk. The gentleman said they didn't have any rooms to move me to (they only had double left and they were booked up too, just not in use yet). I threw a small hissy fit about not being able to shower and wanting to wash off the chlorine, so he said they could bring me keys to a room that was not yet occupied so I could at least go take a shower in there and then return to my room. Weird, but at least I am getting a shower. #7 The "shower room" was also missing an interior door handle and had peeling wallpaper. Incidentally, my room also had rippling wallpaper, but that is a cosmetic thing so I wasn't going to mention it until everything else went bad. I did leave all of the towels on the floor in the bathroom so whomever got assigned that room later could easily tell if they did not go in after me to clean the bathroom again. #8 The HVAC in my room didn't work. I was still freezing hours later, even after turning it up to 85. I again called down about it and was told it would be at least 2 hours to get someone up to fix it bc "they are backed up on other calls." I told them never mind I would double up on blankets bc it was already 10pm (I had been to the welcome reception for quite a while after initially turning up the heat). #9 In the morning I stowed my luggage with the bellhop. After the convention I picked up my luggage and asked them to retrieve my car (the bellhop is at the valet drop-off location). They said I had to go to the west wing to pick my car up, they can't retrieve it there.

This hotel is not even close to Hilton standards. We stayed in a room overlooking the ballpark. The mattress was old and had permanent intentions from years of use, the amount of furniture overfilled the room, the bathroom had mildew in the shower and the hotel overcharged me twice. I'm awaiting a callback from a manager to correct the billing. Also, the 360 nightclub is directly overhead, so it's incredibly loud in the room. I thought I was booking a nice room for over $600 for two nights, but was sorely disappointed.

Went here for a luncheon (note I did not stay at the hotel). The room we were in for the luncheon was great. The staff who worked the event were very nice, helpful and pleasant. The best were the guys at the valet station and the bellhops (assuming that is there job, they were at a desk in the lobby, but not the front desk). These guys were great. I was waiting for my ride and they were kind enough to make conversation with me. Also, my ride was very late, so they were helpful enough to let me use the desk phone to call the person repeatedly to check on their location. While waiting I was observing and they were helpful to everyone who came to them. Great impression!

Rooms and bathrooms are dirty! My room was 80° and staff said that they couldn't do anything cause it's a issue was that everyone was using the the AC.

We travel a lot and love coming to St Louis for ballgames. We're Hilton Diamond Club members and are currently staying at the Hilton at the Ballpark as we have in the past. We used points (MANY) plus money for a "high floor ballpark view". The picture shows the ball Diamond so we're thinking we can see into the park. Nope. We're on the 8th floor looking at Ballpark Village. We tried to get a higher room and they wouldn't budge and they were far from sold out. The hotel is tired and needs an update. In general it's relatively clean but there isn't much attention to detail. There is a Diamond club that serves breakfast, happy hour, and evening desserts. We enjoyed the HH before the game. Soft drinks are free and there is a charge for beer and wine. We're heading down to try the breakfast now. Sadly, this is probably our last stay here. There are better choices nearby for less points/money.

I see this hotel has a 2.5 star rating so im sure this comes as surprise. Worst hotel we have ever used! Manager Austin is in the wrong business. He's an arrogant POS

Not your typical Hilton. Charged credit card twice for same amount. Once before check in and again at checkout. Should have just used the original authorization. Clerk says it is a glitch in system. Meantime you are out all that money until authorization clears. There is no market for quick drinks and snacks. And on a Saturday night at 830pm, there was no room service either. Great location for ballgame, but buyer beware of the down falls. Parking is also expensive

This room is not a $400 room at all. The staff is excellent & helpful, but there's no way Paris would even let her dog stay in this room. The air wasn't even working well. It was pretty warm all night.

Worst Hilton property I've ever stayed at and honestly the worst hotel I remember staying at. The only good thing about it was the mattress was comfortable, but pillows were not comfortable. Stayed for a work meeting that we had at hotel. First floor was cool and mostly clean, but check in staff was extremely slow and elevators took forever. My room was on the 11th floor of the west tower and one afternoon it took almost 8 minutes for elevator to show up. Even when we left at 6:15 on a Friday morning and hardly anyone was up it took a little over a minute. It seemed to be miserably hot on all floors based on what coworkers said. Was there for 2 nights and the coolest my room ever got was 73 the first morning when I got up. I had my thermostat set at 68 and most of the time it was staying at 75 degrees. I bet the hall outside my room was 85 degrees. To try and help cook the room I even kept the curtains closed. Room was also not clean. Bath tub was dirty, carpet was dirty, and lots of spots on wall where wallpaper was peeling away. This hotel is in definite need of some attention.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet. Valet parking service was excellent. Fantastic roof top bar. Nice lobby. Across the street from cardinals baseball village makes this an excellent location for baseball fans.
