Ugh, the taro milk tea is awful. It tastes like they just threw in the powder and didn't even mix it, so gross. Such a waste of money.đ€ź

I am not sure how this location has any stars or is still open for that matter. We spent over $100 with tip included to walk away still hungry and completely unsatisfied. The Raman was greasy broth, beef fried rice was so salty that my teen started to see stars while walking back to our car and my house spicy wings were swimming in the âchili grease.â This food is not Japanese food.
This is cooked by folks that have zero knowledge of the culture. Let me save you a headache and money. Just donât go. Itâs so not worth it.

The food was very nasty A bowl of grease broth was very cold tasted like sewer water. The egg was very cold. They didnât tell me that the shrimp was gonna be fried. I thought it would be grilled look like nothing on the website feels like they rushed the noodles. Mine were undercook and My Husband was overcooked Will never try this place ever again

There has to be better options around. Ramen was the worst I have ever had. Tastes like a bowl of grease water. Asked if something was fried she clearly said yes⊠it wasnât. Daughter had fries with her meal and they tasted freezer burned. There was nothing that I would consider trying again.

I had the oreo brown sugar milk tea and it was so good. Tasted kind of buttery at the end which was good. Super cute little place. The kiosk to order was a little confusing but that's just user error.

Service was friendly and fast, atmosphere was comfortable and clean. Food was tasty and seems to be fresh my wife and I enjoyed the pork tonkatsu, my son had the tempura đ€ shrimp&rice bowl. We also had the strawberry đ tea with mango đ„ popping Boba. All i can say is that I cannot wait to go back and enjoy more dishes and flavors.

I have no idea where the spicy âbeefâ comes from but itâs probably the worst I have ever had.
Do not recommend.

Worst ramen Iâve ever eaten till now. Order took almost 1 hour to get ready and the noodles were soggy and the broth was not good. Trying first time in hi tea. Now I know why their stores are closing. I guess front working people might have forget to accept my uber order thatâs why I got my order very late.

I had an awesome experience at Hitea! Their bubble tea is absolutely deliciousâperfectly balanced flavors, rich and creamy, and the boba has just the right chewiness. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Will definitely be coming back!
