One of the BEST ramen bowls I've ever tasted. The broth was so delicious and the chashu was made right, you can taste the mirin used to make it. Even better than when I made it at home. Whenever I pass through St Louis, I'll be eating here again.

Weren’t many people in 2:15 but that was ok. Food came out at a decent speed, was hot. The thai milk tea was a little thinner than I’m used to but was good. I’m mostly thankful for the waitress— I’m pregnant and had a wave of nausea while eating and had to switch seats to find relief. She inquired and brought me water and taught me a new hack to curb nausea— squeeze and smell a lemon. Thanks a bunch! It helped. I’d be back but wouldn’t get the Thai tea.

After finishing dinner at Hitea, one of the employees kindly asked if I was happy with the service and if I’d be willing to write a review—so here I am. Honestly, I'm Vegan and I had a great experience(rare). The food was flavorful, portions were generous, and the atmosphere was cozy.
