My husband and I were THRILLED to have Honest to Goodness as our bakery for wedding! Kim and Adam were great and knowledgable about what worked and what didn't when helping us decide on our flavors and offering. We definitely felt like we got genuine and personable service, a definite PRO of working with a small company.

I'll start my review by telling everyone that I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday. My wife has a degree in baking and confection. Needless to say, my wife knows her stuff when it comes to cakes. Kim went above and beyond expectations with this cake. The only thing better than seeing the finished product was eating the cake. Absolutely delicious! I don't know who makes the best cakes in St. Louis, but I have not had a better cake than the one Kim made us. Keep it going Kim!

Oh my goodness !!! Honest to Goodness provided the holiday spread for the open house at the Green S*** market ...i just devoured THREE cake pops because they are that amazing !!! Red velvet (which i normally hate!) and chocolate ...these were adorably sprinkled and displayed in a cute holder . These are the moistest cakes ive ever eaten ! Filled with flavor ,they are just enough to satisfy !!!

Now, working with them was great, but their product is absolutely outstanding, and everyone in our 4-party tasting team agreed that their Gluten Free Chocolate cake was not only better than EVERY other gluten free chocolate we tried, but arguably better than their normal chocolate cake! We LOVED working with Honest to Goodness, and would recommend them to anyone looking to add an extra-special touch to their special day (or really, make any day special!) Kim and Adam are a super team and they completely exceeded our expectations, everything from the cake tasting to the presentation on our wedding day was fabulous. Two months after our wedding and we are still getting compliments! We decided on a small two-tier cake that we used for the cake cutting tradition and to serve our bridal party, and we saved the top tier for our first anniversary (we are counting down the days until we can crack into it). It was seriously the most delicious red velvet I've had. We also had a dessert table with red velvet & vanilla bean cake pops and salted caramel turtle & lemon raspberry cupcakes. They set everything up for us using some wood stump stands I had and they incorporated some of theirs in to complete the display and it all came together perfectly. Everything at the dessert table was a big hit and we even ran out. I was amazed at their attention to detail all while they were planning the wedding of their own the month after ours. Kim and Adam even included a "Secret Stash" of desserts for us to enjoy after the wedding in case we didn't get to try any. We really loved that personal touch and we cannot recommend them more highly! Thanks, Kim & Adam!!

Thank you thank you thank you for this absolutely amazing cake! It was the talking point of my husband's surprise 30th birthday party. Not only was it exquisitely decorated, but it was DELICIOUS. Lemon cake, lemon curd, buttercream - all in perfect balance. If you are in STL and are looking for a custom cake, Honest to Goodness Bakery is just outstanding!

I can't say enough great things about Honest to Goodness Bakery! I was referred to them by a friend who used them for her wedding. Kim and Adam were amazing from the start. They set up the best cake tasting at their location and answered all of our questions. I knew I didn't want a big cake for my wedding and instead wanted more of a sweets table for guests to pick from. They delivered exactly what I wanted with cake pops and mini cupcakes in multiple flavors. Guests are still raving about it. I will definitely be using them for any future bakery needs!
