Great place with lots of drink choices, seating could be a little better, but we didn't stay very long

Asked for salted cream cheese cap and got a pea sized amount. Also the taro didn’t taste like taro at all, just tasted like stale milk tea. When I went back in to order something else I told them this and they said nothing. No apology or offer to replace, nothing.

We got two drinks, mango smoothie and Okinawa. The mango smoothie was good, but the tapioca pearls were rock hard. The Okinawa MT had good pearls, but we got it 50% sweet and it tasted like 150% sweet, could only take 2 sips and wouldn't finish it. All toppings, including pearls, are extra

My kids are particular about boba milk tea and really liked this one. I had a taste and would agree too. Boba was soft with just enough chewiness. I did not see any mention of dairy free, but when I asked, they said their milk teas are dairy free by default or can be made dairy free, except for their house special milk tea. At most places my kids order 50% sweet but here we got normal sweet (100%) as we did not see an option to select less sweet for the classic milk tea, and we felt it was just right.

Delicious! The best boba tea I have ever tried. I had the coffee slush. I will be back!

Tiny place with limited seating. The tables were filthy from spilled drinks so asked for a towel to clean ours (I wasn’t put off by this, they had a line, but I was put off by this causing a lot of confusion for some reason). My daughter liked her drink well enough, but at $11, I won’t be back.

We wanted to like the drinks we got here but this is our second try and we just haven't found them refreshing. The place is clean and pleasant with a nice ambiance. I think the ingredients are probably good quality, they just haven't appealed to our particular palates.

This was the second time I had a really bad experience at this store. We placed our order before several other customers, but were completely ignored. We clearly saw two employees (two Indian ladies) set our order slip aside and prioritize others who ordered after us. After waiting 30 minutes, we were finally called up—only to be told they didn’t have the ingredients to make our drinks. This could and should have been communicated upfront. The lack of organization and disregard for fairness is frustrating and unacceptable.

Fast, friendly service and an amazing selection of drinks.

The service is really strange. They don’t have their prices for their drinks on the menu. I ordered anyway and the drink came back at $10 and some change…FOR A SINGLE DRINK. You can get a similar drink anywhere at the Delmar Loop for no more than $7 or 8. I asked the employees about where the prices are for their drink and not to sound rude but they were absolutely clueless. It wasn’t until I walked away and paid that they turned on a tv showing the price. Honestly if you want Boba I would def think about just traveling a bit further to the Delmar Loop.

This is the ONE boba shop that opens late so it’s where people go for late night boba. They have a great selection of different flavors. I feel like it’s your basic bubble tea shop. If you’re new to boba or just want a drink then this is the place. I will say, and most of my friends agree, they are on the super sweet side. Even if you get less sugar it’s super sweet. Also their prices are higher compared to what you get since it’s just a basic tea but still close to $10 or over. They don’t have a lot of seating inside maybe like 10 people max. I come here often for convenience but not necessarily the quality or experience.
