My first couple of visits were great! Food was good, service was good, etc. However, as of recently, going here feels like a disappointment. I took my sister to treat her to some boba, we got the order and not even 5 sips into the cup, AS we walked the small distance between the store and my parked car, it ran out and all that remained was ice. It is even more disappointing considering it was a children’s cup. The same happened with mine, and mine was a much larger cup. Quite literally, 75-80% of the cups were ice cubes. It feels like a waste of money when things like this occur and demotivates us from going here again, as it has happened multiple times now even with light ice requests.

I will say the drinks are super good! I really enjoyed them.I walked in on a Friday. No greeting. A lot of the staff were on their phone. I felt unwelcomed/like I was intruding. There was no suggestions, nothing. They took our order and went back to chatting and on their phones.They weren't rude. Just unpleasant and felt like I wasn't welcomed.

Came here for their soft opening. I’ve been to their other locations and this new shop did not disappoint!! Drinks are so good and consistent compared to the other shops. There’s ice cream and other various Vietnamese food here - definitely a MUST! The staff here are just as knowledgeable, very nice, and incredibly patient with first timers. 11/10 recommended!

I attended the soft opening today and I am so happy that their location opened in Oakville!! Located in the strip mall next to the child care and Dierbergs very convenient. Moon is so kind and welcoming. The shop atmosphere is very chill and positive customer service. There were samples offered and a variety of entrees and desserts to pick from. Kelly and her co workers were very friendly to me and helped me pick the perfect drink! Okinawa Milk Tea with Toasted Creme Brûlée!!! The store gets crowded but there is so much room to wait in line and plenty of seating. I definitely recommend this boba tea shop the flavors are immaculate and the customer service is like no other. I will be sure to come back. ???Dietary restrictions: No sugar options , fresh tea, smoothies, nondairyParking: Big parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids sizes and non caffeine.

Each location they open gets better and better! Their newest location, Oakville, has dessert cakes, ice cream, and a new sugarcane drink. These items are currently only available at this location and if you've never had a sugarcane drink, you have to give it a shot. You are definitely missing out!
