Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat before heading back to work. Was looking for something quick and easy. Walked in and ordered at the plexiglass shielded counter.The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the heat. It was a upper 80 degree day. I don't know if the air conditioner was broken or if it's just kept warm but dining was difficult due to that heat. It didn't help that I was wearing a suit.The food was okay, somewhat expected but the no air conditioning...
Be very specific when you order. There is an extensive menu, generous portions on the combo dinner (special egg foo yung). It was very good, but no sauce was put on the sweet and sour pork. We called the restaurant and they sent the driver back with some. No chopsticks provided by the restaurant.
BEST CHINESE IN STL!I’m seeing these bad reviews scratching my head because I’ve been eating her rather regularly since I was in college. I live near by and I order at least 2x a month. The Kung Poa Chicken meal is so flavorful and the sauce is well seasoned. The rice is always kickin. Their General Tso’s chicken is so perfectly made and so garlicy!!!! I can’t get enough of this place. I’ve legit never had a bad experience with them and my buddies and I will meet up...
