The Food is good always cooked fresh and the cashier is very courteous! Simple in and out: If you’re looking for dine in, this is probably not your spot as seats or intended for waiting and there are no tables.

Surprisingly I didn't like my food. I've gotten Tso Chicken before .I hadn't eaten there in a while. Today the chicken was extremely tough. It appear to be old like it was out all day. The rice is mid. The crab ragoon was good. The egg fu young gravy was just okay. My St Paul was delicious. Now you can go inside to order. But you still can't eat inside. Every since Covid they have stopped you from eating inside. The lady isn't too friendly. The guy was much better. Im disappointed in my food. The makeshift barrier isn't appealing at all. There's plenty of parking. They have four chairs zip tied together for seating while you wait on your order.

Lady got mad she forgot to put a spoon or fork in my to go box of rice that’s in a stapled bag lol said I should’ve opened the bag before I left lol rude about a fork that probably cost them ten cents

y'all.. Everything I've had here is DELICIOUS, Fresh, and great prices. Lo mein, H&S soup, egg drop soup and St. Paul sandwich are our repeat faves. Service is fast. Owners, staff, proprietors may seem curt to some people, but they're actually really nice... just busy. Be patient with our immigrant community who feed, fix, and maintain us.

I think it’s the best general tsos I’ve ever had, but whoever they have answering the phone is the worst. I don’t understand why you’re so rude to people trying to support your business and give you money. It’s super weird, and because of that, unfortunately we won’t be going back, ever. I can’t imagine how much money the miss out on - she hung up on us THREE TIMES trying to call and place an order.

Horrible customer service. She always has an attitude. Also check your orders because they hustle you with the portion size. For a large order of low mein noodle they placed it in the same size of box as my half order of chicken fried rice. They do not have spicy oil and don’t give you extra powder. It’s always the same response it’s in the bag. 👎🏾

It dont make sense for you to patronize someone's business and they try to treat you like you are nothing. The lady that they have at the counter has the nastiest attitude. Im very respectful and I treat people the way that I want to be treated . But I had to cuss her out , she rush you when your trying to make your order. And try to talk to you any kind of way , I wasn't having it . I wouldn't spend a dime in there I was was picking up a order for my sister and it got really ugly real fast . Please patronize businesses that appreciate you because Hons wok lll could careless about you .

I called multiple times to place an order.. she tells me to come into the store .. when I get there she says there closed after I’ve stood in line and watched someone order right before me. Her attitude is stink do not waste your time they do not care about the customers. If I could rate it negative stars I would.

Hadn’t been here in years and happened to be in the area. Got a half order of rice and i know it’s not much but asked for 2 sweet n sour packets and she said they were $.20 each, i even offered her the soy sauce they gave me in the bag bc i don’t use it and she screamed “NO THAT DIFFERENT PRICE SOY SAUCE $.15 AND SWEET AND SOUR $.20 YOU WANT SWEET AND SOUR FREE YOU ORDER APPETIZER” I was like damn lol. Lady was tripping hard over 2 sweet n sour. Tossed the 2 soy sauce on the counter, hope that $.30 keeps them from bankruptcy 🤣

Grew up on this place as a u city kid went there today and food was terrible boneless chicken is just breading no meat inside crab Rangoon is unbalanced and the rice is bland no flavor tasted like white rice disappointed

I have only been here about 4 times in 20yrs because their attitudes are horrible. I was here yesterday, the short woman with the black bob hairstyle took my order and she was extremely rude for no reason. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and the sauce was so thick, it was all over the bag and white container. In my opinion their restaurant is set up where they have themselves separated from the customers, not out of fear, but because of their racist views towards those in that community that support their business. They will never get my money again because I know that businesses need customers to remain open. There are plenty of Chinese food restaurants in STL with better food and customer service.

My order was $8.50, she made me spend $10. So I ordered a shrimp Saint Paul. She charged me $7 for this Saint Paul!! And refused to give me sweet n sour sauce. Who charges someone $7 for a Saint Paul that has NO EGGS IN IT. I understand eggs are high but really? She was so so rude
