First time here, food was so good here, we had the Buffalo appetizer with chicken bites, wings, and Buffalo shrimp, loved it, we came in the afternoon, came to see hooters but the only hooters out were mine lol 😆 that's fine, I enjoyed my experience.

This is the absolute worst Hooters we have ever ben to! We ordered drinks, server came back to tell us they didn't have half of them. The server was not friendly. There was barely anyone in there, took an hour to get food and only half of us got our food. Server had to come back twice because she couldn't remember what the other half of us had. We had no silverware, orders were wrong, and server disappeared constantly. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Worst experience ever!!!

the downtown location absolutely sucks as far as service. It doesn't matter if ur the only person in their or if there's 100 people in there, it always takes forever to be waited on, get drinks, food, check...literally anything. Last time I was in there they were filming a tik tok while we were trying to get to go boxes and pay the check. Absolutely terrible service. I swear my friend is right, the only way to get service is to give the waitresses some s**, then maybe you'd get waited on faster or even at a normal pace. I really like hooters food, but this location is absolutely awful. I'll drive out of my way, to go to a better location with better service. Doesn't surprise me that are considering bankruptcy.

The food sucked our waitress ducked. First table in then we waited 45 min to get our order in only to be screwed up only 7 people at our table but whole dining room filled up before se even got drink order in last ones served. Definitely would not recommend

No sauces were given (we ordered sauce on the side for three items).
Returned for sauces and was told there was a charge. 1. Brown skin, wet and wavy Bob was rude. Refused to give sauces, even with receipt. 2. Light skin with long weave went to get sauces after my second time in the store. She returned and put them on the counter without any words. Just slid them rudely. 3. Brown skin with nice wig with highlights (was new, only second day at work). Wasn't rude but claimed we didn't present a receipt during the first request. 4. White with long black hair gave me a bag but didn't put sauces in or say any words.
Four unprofessional employees at one place is a cultural issue in the workplace.
