I visited this location after coming back to St. Louis to watch the game and catch up with friends. First off the music obnoxiously loud and was almost empty. When asked if they could turn down the music and turn up the game they told us that they had no control of the volume of the music unless the restaurant was 80% full. Why wouldn’t you want your customers to hear the game on a football Sunday. I now understand why they are going out of business! I remember coming to this same location and enjoying the game food and drinks…NOT ANYMORE! We left because the music was so loud. DO BETTER HOOTERS!

Bad Service, period!!! If I could give a lower star count, I would.
Where do I start?
Disgusting wings, the sauce is terrible. They took away what was at one point the best flavors. I’m unsure what they’re doing but I hope they get their act together.
The service was great, our server was super kind. She too was disappointed to hear our feedback because it isn’t the first time. She said she has been dealing with this disappointed reaction for almost 2 months. Sad day to see hooters possible not be the same or even be in business after what I had. I won’t be going back, but I do hope this review makes it to the right person so they can fix their sauces
This place should have been closed and bulldozed a decade ago. Save your frustration, time and money. Food, service, margaritas, trash!
Ordered carryout on Friday Nov 21st 2025 to be ready st 630pm. First off the parking lot has dozens of gigantic potholes. You almost cant drive through it and the lighting in the parking lot is almost nonexistent. Go inside and go to the host stand. The girl there didn't say a single word through the whole interaction. Of course she is on her phone and CLEARLY aggravated that she was now going to have to help me. I told her the name it was under and she starts looking at the tickets on the bags. She hands me the bag without saying anything . I ask if that is the only bag and if everything was there. She literally does not respond. So I check. All 4 items are there. Great. No have a good night. No thank you for coming in. Nothing. Just super rude. The atmosphere in the restaurant was was just bad and sad. None of the employees seemed to want to be there at all. Get the food home and it's all lukewarm at best. Mind you I live 5 minutes away. No Bleu Cheese for the wings which was very clearly on the ticket. My Western Burger had no sauce on it, which is kind of important for a Western Burger. Fries were very obviously old and had been sitting. Ordered the burger medium and it was over well done. It was incredibly dry. Almost inedible. The only saving grace was the wings were decent and my wife's shrimp were just ok according to her. This particular location used to be a great place to eat and watch a game or meet up with friends for a few beers but now it seems like no one that works there cares or even wants to be there. There are hospital cafeterias with a better vibe and food. I know Hooters isn't doing well as a chain and now I understand why. It's sad how far this location has fallen. Do better. I NEVER give bad reviews but this was just beyond the pale.

Short staffed. Bartender was running around taken orders. It took a bit to get a drink but it wasn't her fault. The management could of helped her out. But other than that it was good. Went back today. Brittany was awesome! She was very attentive to make sure everything was good. She's an asset to Hootets. Thanks

Short on workers when I went. Bar tender working kitchen as well. One server handling all the tables by herself.
Food was ok though.

I got the crab legs They had a lot of black eggs on them. I spoke with the manager on duty. He said they normally don’t be like that and never came back. This was Sunday Nov 9 2025

Loved the attention we received from the girls when we walked in. And they all continued to engage with us the whole time we were there. Seafood was 1/2 off! Buffalo shrimp and the other shrimp were perfect. Wish we got wings, but just wanted something small. So we're coming back.

I went for lunch and there were only two people working, one waitress and one cook. People started walking out. I got there early enough so the wait wasn't too bad. But this was only one of the major issues.
Another big issue is the change to the wings at this location. Wings were smaller and the breading was not the typical Hooters breading, very lackluster. They also don't have the Spicy Garlic sauce and they changed Parm Garlic to a dry rub. Very disappointing.
Not sure what the owner is thinking with these changes, but it needs to go back to the old way of doing things. At least, the South County location is still the normal Hooters. Hopefully they don't make the same mistake this location did.
