We got here at 8:30. We had to wait to get seated for 10 min..9:55 we got our food. Mind you it only 4 other tables. Drinks went empty. Music was too loud.Horrible

Food is typically great! But on this particular day, the curly fries were cold and they made another batch. Much better, just took more time as we were on a schedule.

This place has gone down hill , definitely needs a deep clean and a face lift ! Server took order and said will be back when your food is ready lol and we have been waiting a while for a food and it’s not even busy . Someone from corporate needs to get this location all the way together .

Nothing hurts more than paying for food Thats unsatisfying. Ordered a nacho that had more chips and tomato's than chili,no sour cream & no jalapeños. Tender & wing combo had only fresh wings & tenders that was obviously old & waffle fries where half done & came cold. I spent over 30 bucks plus a nice drive to come home to utter disgust.

Looked like a truck stop diner...potholes everywhere. You gotta google it ti see it. We all asked for all flat wings and got the opposite.

Would give zero Stars came came in at 10:45 with a party of 8 and was refused service very bad business
I have to avoid this place for a while the workers were just sitting down at the bar I did Uber eats and they wanted to keep talking and wanting me to stay when I had to go there were arguments when I was picking up the order I enjoy the food as the customer when I go in but I have to go home eventually and they kept wanting to talk meaning the workers which I don't mind but I'm not trying to be there all evening. When I worked at a restaunt there was to be no sitting down ever and I was doing my job as the driver and felt uncomfortable and it was the day time during the week just disappointed I haven't been back and don't know if it's a good idea to return
Second time I've visited this location. Barista was aloof on her phone the entire time hidden in a corner. Ordered Daytona wings and curly fries in hopes to enjoy a rare chance I get to watch baseball at a bar. My order (soggy fries and crunchy wings)sat on the server shelf until I notified the barista that I wanted it to go. This is the reason hooters is bankrupt. $56 for jerky wings and floppy fries with a huge side of don't bother me..

Our server, Francesca, was attentive and friendly. We observed another server she was just as great. Our dinner was perfect, but my to-go order was incorrect. I didn't know until my son was about to eat at home. I should have unsealed the bag before we left the restaurant. The parking lot needs to be repaired. There were some nice-sized potholes. It was ironic that they sat us in the same exact seat as last time. The cushions are still visibly worn out and ripped. I feel like the inside could use a little refresh.

I'm sorry but I forgot my waitress (Hooters girl) name but I know it started with an M. She said it was her 4th day at that location. She very friendly & professional. She made me laugh & even got me try something new. She was a bright spot in a otherwise not so great day for me. Please thank her for me.

I haven't been back to Hooters yet I was checking to see which ones were still open in St Louis Missouri I'm going to go to the one in Westport I do appreciate you guys love your wings

😞 sad unfortunate we will not be ordering from here anymore! And if you have any food allergies. I don’t recommend coming here.My boyfriend ordered us food he asked for no mustard.(food allergies 🤧) goes to picked up the replacement. The entire time the employees are making jokes about him needing the food replaced. Smh
