My son loves Hooters and so do I.This one just off Page Ave. in Maryland Heights really did a great job on service and quality of food! Louisa and Emily were great hostesses and our food was right on the money! My son had the build your own burger with provolone, cheddar and pepper Jack Cheese. I had Garlic Parm wings, all cooked just right. Great stuff!

I am SO disappointed. I placed an order at 8:06 and here we are 10:54 and my kids are just coming home with it. They waited 2 hours for starters for it. The food was ready at 9:54 but missing a 10 piece. It took them an additional hour to make it. My kids reminded them they were there and supposedly the manager was working on it. I literally had to call up to the restaurant and complain and the host literally had the audacity to tell me when I said "Everything else is going to be cold" “ we can only replace what is missing”. So forget the fact my entire $169 dollar order will be cold, they didn’t so much as offer my kids a beverage for waiting. Didn’t offer to refund. Did not offer anything and then she had the audacity to say calm down!!! I asked for the manager and she just put me on a never ending hold. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! And I’m going to make sure this goes ALL the way up the chain to corporate. Never have I experienced anything like this.

Ordered from their delivery they picked my food up drove 20 minutes in other direction and has sat in same spot for a while now I imagine if I ever do get the food it'll be cold and they just hang up when ya call when they should be giving me a refund
