I was in town on business, stopped there for lunch. Pretty solid establishment, that you would expect from Hooters. Food was really good, and it was quiet during lunch time. Our server was cute and attentive, thank you Myia.

We came in and had to wait 30min or more for food and when we finally got our food it was cold, I called the waitrist Gabby over and told her the food was cold and she got and attitude and when I went to speak to the manager she said the waitrist Gabby said I was complaining, well of course especially she you serve cold food. Bad service from Gabby and bit impressed with the manager Kelsey either she act like she wasn't concerned. 😡👎

Cold white curly fries- charged 4.99 extra for fries with my shrimp. Ten dollar drink tasted like blue lemonade - there was no alcohol in this drink 😡 Charged extra for ranch to go with wings?? Buffalo shrimp were the size of a quarter- this was a 75 dollar aldis meal! Not coming back. We have had mediocre service and food for awhile here. Last straw. The only thing good is the action inside atmosphere. You guys are ripping people off with mediocre food and drinks! Merry Christmas from hooters

We walked in 40 minutes before closing time and was told the kitchen was already closed and to try going to HotShotz, that they may be open. When it's Friday night and you are still open for another 40 minutes, it's kind of ridiculous to tell customers to go to the restaurant across the parking lot.

I dined at this restaurant regularly but most recently on 11/23/25, and that will be the last! The entire menu has changed & they now charge you ($2) for fries; The only "free option" is the crappy baked beans & coleslaw they can't sell. It was also sad to learn that many of the Hooter locations had closed down. When I learned the owners & district manager was in, I attempted to figure out where I could submit a "complaint/suggestion" form; I learned that the "Owners" had left out the back door with their Yorkie lap dog, so I tried to talk with the District manager. She completely ignored me while I was talking as she was texting the entire time I was trying to ask her some questions... Very rude and unprofessional; As I will be reporting the dog, this was NOT a service dog, to the health department as well, since the District Manager didn't seem concerned at all. I live two hrs south of this establishment and always loved stopping in when conducting business in the area, no more. I'll be stopping at HotShots from now on!
