I love hot box cookies, but this is by far the worst location. Service is not very good, I have gone before during their hours after placing an order and just found it shut and locked up with no explanation, and the parking is terrible.

Kind ladies working the counter. Great cookies and patience from the ladies when my child was taking time to choose a cookie. We only come up for the childrens hospital every few months and we will be back. It definitely made my girl smile.

I would give them no stars! Been calling over a hour with no answer. I had to call another location just for them to get my order to a driver. I placed the order at 353p. Here it is 553pm
Stole $25 dollars from me. Placed an order on their own website, was never delivered. Called the store the next day, no record of ever placing an order. They claimed it was an error with a new system. After speaking to the manager and general manager, both continued to gaslight that the order was refunded but never actually was. Don’t waste your time. Get Insomnia Cookies instead.

I wish I could give 0 Stars this place is horrible customer service is horrible and the so called corporate office is even worse what is the point in allowing people to place orders online for delivery and you take their money but they don’t get the product for years this company has showed its customers it doesn’t care and tonight it really shows

I first called and tried to place an order over the phone. The person I spoke with, by her tone, obviously did not want to take the order and she sent me to the website. The website was easy to use and the order was placed. I requested the cookies be delivered warm on Saturday, December 7, this did not happen. They were delivered today, correct time but a day early. I have called the CWE location and listened to the phone ring for over thirty minutes now. I need this to be addressed. This was for a very special family at a delicate stage in life and this needed to be perfect.
I have updated my review to a 5 star review! Scott with Hot Box cookies returned my call and although I was not able to speak to him directly he made sure that the cookies were delivered on time, on the correct date AND THEY WERE WARM!! Thank you Scott and the Hot Box team. The cookies were very comforting to the family. Again, thank you!
