Came here at 9:30pm and the one employee didn’t acknowledge us or anyone else there for over 5 minutes. He was making cookies near the front (he could see us) and didn’t say anything to the growing line one time. We eventually left without getting anything. Truly a bizarre experience.

Came to get some cookies before me and bf went to the movies. I asked them to show me the cookie. All the cookies looked burnt/over cooked dark dark brown. I asked them why they look like that, they just stared at me lol. Most likely won’t come back to this location
All you sell is cookies and they are not great? Less than average? No name bake at home cookies are better. I expected at least homemade good, but no. Do we still have a Mrs. Fields anywhere? Hot Box better up their game big time or they will fail.

Unfortunately, the service here has been declining since the pandemic. Sometimes, the door is locked during regular service hours. Today, I witnessed a walk in order served with the cookies I ordered for pickup an hour ago! This resulted in my preferences no longer being available. I hate to be inconvenienced, especially when it's a result of systemic inefficiencies.
