Came to get some cookies before me and bf went to the movies. I asked them to show me the cookie. All the cookies looked burnt/over cooked dark dark brown. I asked them why they look like that, they just stared at me lol. Most likely won’t come back to this location

Unfortunately, the service here has been declining since the pandemic. Sometimes, the door is locked during regular service hours. Today, I witnessed a walk in order served with the cookies I ordered for pickup an hour ago! This resulted in my preferences no longer being available. I hate to be inconvenienced, especially when it's a result of systemic inefficiencies.

Ordered delivery for 3:05-3:25 and it came at 2pm. Didn’t come with card that I had ordered with cookies and paid for. No one answered the phone when I called to ask about a refund for the card.

Cookies are mediocre at best. We walked into the store. The music blaring inside was not only loud but the lyrics were crude and offensive. Not appropriate for a business environment. We placed our order for six cookies, paid and were only then told that it would be 13 minutes before they were ready. A full thirty minutes later, we finally got the cookies.
Ordered 9 cookies and 2 brownies and not a single one was cooked to readiness. Went to grab one out of the box and it separated instantly and fell to the ground. Food poisoning waiting to happen. Will not be eating here ever again, joke of an establishment. Plus, no one to file a complaint with or atleast try to make this right. Waste of $40, will make sure to steer everyone I know away from this place.

We ordered a cookie cake for my son's birthday this morning for pickup at 1140am. When we arrived at the store, it was closed. Doors locked. Lights off. No ovens on. Closed. For a store whos posted hours state they open at 9:30 am. We were able to get in touch with another store that was gracious enough to make the cookie cake since I had already paid online. Will not order again.

Went to pick up an online order for my father that’s in the hospital, and the lady working on Friday at 6pm limping around could not have been more rude. Tried to not give me my entire order. Then questioned me as if I was lying and had to pull up my order on my phone. Couldn’t use her words just snarky looks. Never said thank you or gave a good day just complete ignorance. Will never be back here. F those cookies, not worth the customer service, better cookies elsewhere.

I love your cookies.. but major customer service fail. I ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday this weekend. When I pull up to the location, it’s locked and no one is there on Saturday. Tried again later, still locked. No one is there and no sign posted. Called the number on the door, line is not in use for that Kirkwood posted phone number.
I had to call around to other locations and told that maybe their oven was broken??!! Didn’t inform me nor transfer my order to another location. Another location offered to make it for me, which I appreciated even though it meant four plus hours after the scheduled pickup. Otherwise, my money would have been taken with nothing to show for it and nothing for my son’s birthday.
