The London Tea Room was everything we hoped for! Amazing ambience (felt like we were in Europe!), so many tea options and so well prepared, wonderful food, and lovely service. I took my mother and mother by love and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for working so hard to make this a beautiful experience!

Perfect venue for a special occasion or just a time you need to feel special. Thomas, our server, wore a smile as he quietly and efficiently served the three tiered trays filled with an excellent high tea assortment of sweet and savory treats. Recommending the Naughty Vicar hot tea, but there are many favor options served in individual teapots for each diner. Gift shop with teas and related novelties.

Took my daughter there for Spring Break and had the most wonderful time! The theme this month is Jane Austen, from the teas, scones and desserts, all was delicious! They even had Pride and Prejudice playing ! Mu favorite place in St Louis. You HAVE to visit ☕️

We went for Afternoon Tea and asked for the wheat-free options. Honestly, it was amazing! We each got 3 sandwiches, 1 scone with jam and clotted cream, and a plate of 4 separate pastries that were all gluten-free. It was so much better than I expected. The owner and the employees were all so kind and pleasant. The atmosphere was calm, and the tea was hot! Thank you, London Tea House, for the little piece of England we've been missing!

The London Tea Room was a perfect place to have a small reunion with old friends! The staff was extremely attentive, the ambiance was an excellent mix of proper tea room and contemporary design. The tea and foods were delicious. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back!

The London Tea Room is very true to the UK tea experience, a great local place to visit. It's a very casual restaurant and not at all stuffy. The teas are excellent and the food very British and tasty. The table settings are classic and traditional. It's a bit noisy but always has been since LTR opened in St. Louis. For this visit we had High Tea for the first time; it's more savory than Afternoon Tea which we've always had. We added some Victoria Sandwich cake and Blueberry Lemon cake because (a) High Tea doesn't include sweets and (b) we can't go to the LTR without having something sweet. It's a great, authentic local experience worth a try. Be aware that it's not cheap but is quite fun.

The service was fine, and I appreciated all of the staff! The only thing that would have improved the service would be if there were more staff overall, so the wait staff were not spread so thin.

This has become a favorite day out for my young kids and I. They try everything and enjoyed my savory foods and tea better than they're own, asking for a second helping of the smoked saon toasts during this visit . Mini tea- connoisseurs, they love tasting, smelling and buying after our meal. Teaching them proper etiquette and with staff who is so attentive to all our needs makes it for a fun and wonderful splurge.

We try to visit at least once every few months. It's my friend and my favorite place to go for a girls day. Our server Maurgan was phenomenal and so personable. It was a lovely visit!

Quite an experience for a backwoods country boy. Price aside, the food was FANTASTIC, tea was quite excellent, and the overall setting was both relaxing and exciting. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The menu changes from time to time, but if they have cheesecake you MUST try it! I melted with every bite and it gives me goosebumps just thinking about it.

I always enjoy, we noticed prices went up (which fair) but it's disappointing that not only are dietary restricted people required to pay MORE if there isn't an option for that person, they're not even allowed to just get a pot of tea and enjoy the company of their party. I did like the ability to get the second pot “to go” in a cup OR just the loose leaf to brew later. That was lovely. We for the most part did afternoon tea and for the first time the desserts were just eh. The savory items and scone were delicious!

The London Tea Room held high expectations but ultimately what they have in concept falls short because of the quality of the food. For $40 per person, having the high tea experience should incorporate some really excellent savories and sweets along with a diverse selection of teas. Unfortunately, the tea drink was better than the finger sandwiches, some of which consisted of day old white bread with crusts cut off with cucumbers and some cream cheese and another with deli meat and jam. There was some good curry flavored chicken salad sandwich but again the bread was tough! The sweets were also not so fresh petite fours and ginger cookies. It all looks grand but you want the taste for that kind of price. The scones were hard and crunchy instead of soft I crumble with a slight shell. All in all, if you've never experienced high tea maybe it's worth the visit but if you have you will be disappointed with the foods and it's quite loud so you have to really speak loudly which just takes away from the experience:/

Not worth the price. I miss the OLD London tea Room and the simple nature that came with it. It was the best time to be able to go there when you could order some tea and quiche and not pay $40 for choices I can't make. Disappointed

We loved the place but had a baby shower there that was very loud. The manager took care of it in an excellent manner and we were do appreciative. I like a good time but not when wou are screaming in a tea room. We had the best service and tea and food were excellent.

After my two last experiences with large groups that were dismal failures I decided to give them a try again. Very happy with a Thursday afternoon tea in a public time. Not too many people so the noise wasn't as bad. It is a lovely room and the big windows give a fresh light feel even on a dreary, rainy afternoon. And the service was as good as we used to have at the old location. I hope the service for their private group bookings get better. Ive always loved the London Tea Room.
