The service is very rude, the lady asked which flavor, in a "I own her a lot of money" way. And no service provided, not even providing water and folk for kid, my kid hade to use his hands to eat. Very disappointed and won't come again.

Food is good. Service is very slow. Took 20 minutes to get water. Took an hour to get our food. We were done eating in 10 minutes, so it was not a big order…

Dear ichiban, you are truly the most amazing Japanese restaurant in St. Louis. One time, we came here four nights in a row and the owners didn’t even judge us. They are always nice to us. It is so good I love the udon and yellowtail sashimi.

I rarely left reviews but I have to for this one. This is the nabe udon I ordered for lunch…instead of having additional seafood and fish cake (noted on the menu), only one egg and one shrimp (I ate the shrimp as it is tempera shrimp and they packed noodle and soup together for Togo order!) were seen. I was told it was lunch special so no two other things as seen in the dinner menu. I paid $18 for this. Won’t go again with this price.

The servants are very rude. There were only 2 group of customers. We waited for one hour and they said they forgot our order.
