Dear ichiban, you are truly the most amazing Japanese restaurant in St. Louis. One time, we came here four nights in a row and the owners didn’t even judge us. They are always nice to us. It is so good I love the udon and yellowtail sashimi.
Surprised with the freshness of the sashimi. I got the chirashi don with many different types of fish and none of them tasted fishy. The slices were a little on the thick side but that’s just being picky.
I have been here multiple times on my lunch break and my colleagues and I are usually the only ones dining at the time, so service is always fast and pleasant. The sushi rolls are MASSIVE and always delicious. This has become one of my favorite sushi spots in the
