Stopped by breakfast. Eggs Benedict. Biscuits and Gravy. We don't eat as much as we use to, had plenty leftover to take home and have breakfast the next day.

I waited for 40 minutes with 15 other people (maybe 4 groups of ppl) while literally a third of their tables sat clean and empty another 3rd sat dirty and empty, while only one third had people at them and ONE table had food. Absolutely ridiculous. Offer better wages so you can stay properly staffed. I was a life long ihop fan and now I will never go again after this. Couldn't even find the hostess to ask an ETA and ended up leaving. I only had a party of two people.

Our waiter, the gentleman with tattoos, was really great. We came in Valentines Day and even though they were slow staffed, he was able to multitask and still take care of our table.

Bathrooms really need a deep clean and a plumber to take care of the faucet in the women’s restroom though.

Not only was the service non existent, the place was disgusting. Dirty menus, dirty seats, dirty floors, dirty windows. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks.

Thankfully we were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes so we were able to leave before spending $14 on pancakes.

Went tonight to have Dinner with family. Looked closed, to be fair. Went in and were seated quickly. We had to wait for part of our party to arrive so we ordered our drinks. Waitress was unprofessional at best, sloppy drunk at worst. When the rest of our party arrived they ordered their drinks but those never came. Another party came in ordered drinks they never came. We asked about our missing drinks they finally came incorrectly (hot chocolateand coffee). Waitress went to the other table with wrong drinks (only 2 tables in the entire building a total 6 guest at this point). We placed our food order and waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally items came out, some cold. Some items missing, one of our party didnt get his meal at all, until well into our ordeal and the manager had to get involved. The second party that came in their food came up wrong and missing things so they walked out. Waitress came over and sobbed about how her somebody's christmas she ordered was stolen and she was up all night upset cus no gifts for christmas... lady that was 3 days ago... I just want my food, not your sob story. Manager came out, got our order fixed as best she could a day late and a dollar short if you ask me. My husband after almost 30 mins of food coming out of the kitchen (lots of wrong items going back to be thrown away) finally got his meal. We had our 2 big ticket items comped and a sign was finally put on the door that the dining room was closed and only take out was being served. I told the manager she should let the waitress go. In total, in the roughly 2 hours we sat to visit with family, they lost two tables about $100 or more of food that wasnt ordered and was subsequently tossed plus the comped food. Also mid way through us getting our food, another table came in a woman and children they placed their drink orders and when we were getting checked out they got their drinks, 10 15 mins or better, mind you a total of 3 tables. 9 people and they couldnt manage in it two hours. This was a train wreck. Even with one waitress one manager and atleast one, maybe seen two cooks, they couldnt handle 3 tables. 4 doordashes tho thos seemed to go smoothly. Two people shoild have been able to smoothly run this restraunt with how dead they were.

Shout out to the waitress/server that took my walk in carry out order today around 3pm! She was amazing. She took my order by memory which included a sirloin tip breakfast with gluten friendly pancakes to the 3 over easy eggs, sausage links and browned english muffin for my husband. Our food was perfect and I appreciated her attention to detail and her personal attention.

Food came hot & fast. My services was great. The vulgar language amongst the employee's was very, very bad. The women's bathroom was disgusting. When I walked out multiple employee's right at the entrance/exit door were all smoking & the language & conversation was worse than on the inside. One was the manager.
