Horrible customer service went to place an order. Literally every employee just walked past me up, when I finally place an order they say 10-15 mins, 40 mins later after multiple inquires about my order they just disappeared and then finally brought my order. No apology just rude

This location can definitely use some updating. But the staff seems to work with what they have. That’s not the purpose of this review. This review is for Mandy. I arrived about 11:30 with my son on a very busy Sunday morning. Several parties waiting. For seating. People waiting to be listed to wait. A few servers brewing by here and there. And then Mandy came to check the list and get things updated and people seated. Once my son and I were in Mandy’s care we were in good hands. I watched Mandy greet each customer with a smile and a lovely charm in the midst of a very busy morning. She was kind, swift, and courteous. Thank you Mandy!

It took us a 1hr to get our food, it took 15 mins before they even came over to ask us what we wanted to drink. What I ordered I didn't get. Then when we was getting ready to leave we had to stand at the register close to 10 mins.

Went there this morning and had a wonderful experience. What a great surprise compared to other St. Louis IHOPs. Clean inside, prompt service, short wait for perfectly cooked food and the best waitress we could have asked for. She was personable, knowledgeable, attentive and all round great. It was wonderful way to start off our weekend.

Prices have gone insane for a restaurant that doesn't bother sweeping up the piles of pollen that are all over the restaurant from a tree outside, says 24 hr from the road, but isn't anymore has hours posted on the door, and generally run down, won't be back
