I did not dine in. I carried out and it was very busy there. The manager was very accommodating, and the food was good.

Do not eat at this location. Horrible customer service as well. Ordered online to pickup got there waitress wasn’t greeting the guest, walking pass the people waiting to be seated and getting to go orders like we was not there. I literally had to stop her and ask if my online order was ready she replied not yet waited another ten minutes she finally brought my food out. When I checked it was cold and no utensils was in the bag. The serving of hash browns was small enough for a five year old. I will never eat here again.

Food was gross. Bathrooms was even worse as it smelled like raw sewer. Somebody needs to health inspect and shut this place down. Gross!!

I was not feeling it. Our server was not on his game and felt like a last minute fill in for a waitress. Nice as all get out, but kept repeating his name as if we weren't hearing him. We heard you, Anthony. We waited for 10-15 mins before our order was taken mentally. Which we both agreed would have something wrong using that method. Waited another 5-10 mins for drinks and wouldn't you know it, mine was wrong. lol Then when food arrived it wasn't all together. 1/2 of her order arrived and 5 mins later my plate (chicken & waffles) and her waffle (both lukewarm) arrived. I got a side of ranch I didn't ask for. We had to ask and wait for syrup. Which, in my opinion as a former waitress, should've already been on the table when drinks and silverware were brought. It was a sad experience for me as I grew up with IHOP being a great treat for me and my family. Our experience wasn't worth the nearly 50 bucks I paid. smh

SATURDAY NIGHT ABOUT 7 PM 4 TABLES THE WHOLE TIME THERE WAITED TO BE SAT ANTHONY WAS EVERYBODY THERES WAITER HE WAS AWESOME AND SO NICE AND TALKED LIKE WE NEW EACH OTHER 4 EVER LOVED IT FOOD WAS HOT SIROLIN TIP AND EGGS MADE PERFECT JUST WHAT HE ASKED FOR HE ATE EVERYTHING BUT THE PLATE AND FORK.. I HAVE 2 SCRAMBLED EGGS 2 BACON @ HASH BROWNS 2 PANCAKES.SO HOT AND FRESH I WAS HOPING FRESH CAUSE NO ONE THERE.PROVED ME WRONG WAS SO HAPPY IF I HAD MORE CASH 4TIP ONLY HAD 10 ANTHONY WOULD OF GOT MORE AND TIPPED COOK...THEY MADE VISIT GREAT WE WILL BE BACK!!!THANKS

I recently visited IHOP after a long day at work, excited to enjoy a T-bone steak with scrambled eggs and pancakes. It had been a while since I treated myself to a good steak, so my anticipation was high. I ordered my steak medium, hoping for a tender and juicy cut. Unfortunately, what I received was overcooked to the point of being well-done—so tough and dry that it was difficult to chew. I ended up having to throw it away, which was incredibly disappointing given how much I had been looking forward to the meal.
The scrambled eggs were also overcooked, dry, and lacking the fluffy texture I expected. The only saving grace was the pancakes, which were decent but not enough to make up for the rest of the experience.
I understand that mistakes happen, but proper preparation is essential, especially when it comes to staples like steak and eggs. I hope this feedback helps improve future orders because I know IHOP is capable of delivering a much better meal. I’d love to return and have the experience I was hoping for next time.
