Went in for a late lunch. Ordered the $6. House Scramble with a separate side order of the broccoli. Didn't take too long for my meal to be brought out but my server apparently decided that my side order was going to replace my hash browns even though I accepted that the the broccoli was going to be a surcharge . My initial meal (as pictured in # 1) looked promising, I assumed that they were just going to bring out my hash browns on a different plate. After taking a bite...

Had a great visit at this IHOP! I ordered the beef tips with eggs and pancakes, and everything was delicious. The customer service was excellent. friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Definitely a good spot for a satisfying meal and service.

Very nice/convenient location in South City(Lindenwood Park)neighborhood. The food was prepared perfectly. The hostess/server was very pleasant & efficient. Very clean inside (including men's bathroom). Ample parking. Definitely will be back.
