This location can definitely use some updating. But the staff seems to work with what they have. That’s not the purpose of this review. This review is for Mandy. I arrived about 11:30 with my son on a very busy Sunday morning. Several parties waiting. For seating. People waiting to be listed to wait. A few servers brewing by here and there. It took us a 1hr to get our food, it took 15 mins before they even came over to ask us what we wanted to drink. What I ordered I didn't get. Then when we was getting ready to leave we had to stand at the register close to 10 mins.

Went there this morning and had a wonderful experience. What a great surprise compared to other St. Louis IHOPs. Clean inside, prompt service, short wait for perfectly cooked food and the best waitress we could have asked for. She was personable, knowledgeable, attentive and all round great. It was wonderful way to start off our weekend.
