We will never order from this imos again. We waited almost 2 hours for a single pizza and it was delivered at room temp. We called and complained and the manager only offered us $5 off our next order, didn’t even offer a new pizza or refund. The manager was so distasteful and unprofessional. It’s actually a shame because we been ordering from crestwood imos for years. Never again!

I’ve been a huge fan of Imo’s Pizza for a long time, it’s part of my weekly food, and I usually enjoy it everywhere I go. But my recent experience at this location was terrible.
I ordered a veggie pizza to go, and when I opened the box, I was shocked. A piece was missing, the pizza was burned, there were barely any veggies on it, and the crust was completely flat, more like flatbread than pizza. I’m posting a picture of this burned pizza with the missing piece to show exactly what I received.
For comparison, I’m also adding a picture of a perfect Imo’s pizza from a different location — full of veggies and just as I expect.
Based on my experience at this location, I cannot recommend it and will not be returning.

It was always awesome! Don’t know what happened. A double sausage with bacon showed up with very little sausage. Delivery driver was great though. Webster is usually good if they’re in your area!

The pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven. Their salad was really good and their lettuce was fresh. There is a perfect amount of cheese, toppings, and crust ratio. A simple pizza place, but it was perfect in every way.
