Seriously, I never write reviews.I have Imo’s running through my blood and this saddens me to write.Crestwood Imos is horrible. Everyone talks about it. I just moved to Crestwood from Webster (that Imos is fire - take notes). I probably get Imos once a week and have been doing so for almost 20 years. I know Imos. I love Imos. But I can’t order from Crestwood anymore. It’s like your pizzas are not being cooked long enough. They get delivered soggy and floppy. It’s EVERY SINGLE time. I’ve been having Crestwood Imos at friends houses and it’s terrible every single time as well. Your appetizers are also coming to customers in garbage fashion. If you’re going to overcharge for pizza like Imo’s does… it better be fire.GET IT TOGETHER - I WANT IMOS AGIAN

The IMO's near our house is terrible and we won't get food from there and haven't for quite a while. We were going to see my mother-in-law last night and she wanted Imo's. My husband ordered online from the location near her earlier in the day. When we went to pick it up, it was ready. Pizza was hot and salad was cold. The salad wasn't just lettuce and the pizza wasn't burned! That's what we get from the one near our house - lettuce and burned pizza. It made us like Imo's again and my mother-in-law was happy!

I picked up from Imos in Crestwood today and I found myself disappointed. Real quick, double sausage pizza had single amount of sausage and the garlic cheese bread had no garlic butter from what I could tell or taste, and instead of grated provel cheese they just put a strip of provel on each slice of bread, which definitely took away from the presentation, taste, and experience. I feel better now. I couldn't carry on with this secret any longer.

They made me drive all the way back because they forgot my food , after I got home, then no apology or anything when i picked my food . The worst customer service I've ever had out of all.the times I've been here. I'm hangry and ready to go off. Thanks making your customers do all the work.

Worked here as a teen, but I'm glad they have switched ownership. Had a great conversation with the man who was cashiering me out. Even showed me what the place used to be. The salad was very good, so was the pizza.

Came to this location on my first day back in St. Louis. Decided to get a lunch special. Got a 10 inch pepperoni pizza with half salad and drink for $10. Also got an order of toasted raviolis for the table.We were there about lunch time but it wasn't super busy. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean there is not a lot of indoor seating but it has indoor seating and a drive through.Was happy to have delicious toasted raviolis and delicious thin crust pizza with the famous provel cheese. It is wild when I was growing up in St. Louis I never ate at Imo's but since all the Italian restaurants I loved are gone it is Imo for the pizza and ravioli fix!
I ordered spaghetti n meatballs, small chef salad and garlic cheese bread. The food was very good pasta was hot and flavorable cheesebread hot and very good. Salad was very fresh. My delivery gentleman very helpful. I use a walker and he helped me get my food in the house. I do not know his name but I hope he gets recognized for a job well done.
