Overcooked and dry
The level of dereliction at this establishment is ridiculous. I called to speak with the so called manger Carol. My bank account was charged twice fory lunch today. Two different amounts and two different times. She rudely informed me that I was incorrect when I'm looking at my account balance and clearly they double charged me. She hung up when I didn't accept the excuse she gave and attempted to resolve it with the owner. She hung up on me. I then called back to attempt to speak with the owner was put on hold whilst Clarissa checks to see if he is available. Obviously he was not because no one at this joke of a business is taking ownership of the fact that they took more money than they should have. She then proceeded to tell me to contact my bank or it will be in my account in 3 to 5 business days. Uhm no. You took the money immediately which was not ever authorized in the first place. Why on earth would I wait that long for a refund? Contacting the BBB and the Attorney General for their fraudulent business practices. Had they handled this in a professional manner the outcome may have been different.
nothing beats dining in for a hot fresh imos pizza. Great job. I ordered double sausage, it looked like triple. presentation and pie were perfection
Visiting from out of state (Canada). My sister was trying her first experience of a St Louis staple. We drove up late on a Monday night and decided to try IMOs out. We were greeted by Cathy ?(I apologize for not remembering). We were excited on trying IMO pizza for the first time after hearing about it from our cousins who live in STL. She suggested we go with a deluxe and we were also ordering another staple.. toasted ravioli. Everything ordered arrived quickly and we drove home to eat. The pizza was tasty and tons of toppings. Crispy thin crust and lots of flavor! The toasted ravioli was also awesome. We were also treated to a couple of samples of Provel bites and a Gooey Butter cake! (Another STL favorite). The food was great and the lady that helped us that evening was awesome. 5 stars!!
This has got to be the worst Imos pizza I ever had. All I asked for was a medium, two topping onion and green pepper. The green pepper is scorched. The cheese is scorched. It’s horrible. On top of that, they won’t even honor their mess. I have to call back in the morning to speak to a store manager. This will certainly be my last visit here.

I ordered a 16 inch 2 topping pizza. I haven't had Imos for some time and looked forward to it. Very disappointed. The pizza was overcooked. Cheap on the toppings. Not worth 22 dollars. Never again I would rather have a frozen pizza.
Excellent salad and spaghetti with meatballs.
