We ate Imo’s Pizza twice during our stay in St. Louis, and it was excellent each time. We tried the pizza, wings, spaghetti, and cinnamo—everything was great, and the delivery was fast.

Employees using bare hands and teeth to separate ravioli containers at the Manchester IMOs. Very unsanitary and manager on duty said it’s okay, just leave a bad review on google, no one will do anything about it.

Been ordering from this Imos since 1988. I've written them thousands of checks. They've always taken those checks until I wrote one for $50 and my work check had bmnot cleared yet. Last time I wrote them a check. I felt bad about that. Not a big deal. Imos were very good about this. When you're working all the time,all you want is good food. I hope regular construction work keeps going. The people that work there are very good excellent human beings. They are all very good to me! God Bless all of them!!! Greg

I placed a delivery order from the 121 North Oaks store in St. Louis, Missouri. The pizza was delivered to my door just minutes short of two hours. The pizza was delivered to my home by Door Dash which I was not informed or asked if I was okay with that. For the record, I never used Door Dash. The pizza was so cold it's felt like it had just came out the fridge. I Contacted the store and spoke with a guy by the name if Chris. Chris was very rude and when I asked to speak with his superior, Chris stated there is no one over him. I ended up returning to the store and this person Chris was unkept from head to toe. I hope he is not the franchise owner as he claimed to be. Chris struggled with taking refunding my money back to my card then became even more rude with me. I give this store Zero Stars!

Festus Mo location- i use to love IMO’S…quality has completely left. Spend a lot of $ and toppings are skeet. No one cares. No one checks the brand. The chef salad we ordered w our pizza should if had ham, salami,& roast beef- 😅 hopefully i can attach a photo here- not even a pinch of RB or Salami! Pizza had no cheese. Dont waste your money!
