The GM in granite city was not concerned about the issue I had and his opinion of what I thought was terrible wilted lettuce and my opinion was different!! ( I drove back with the salad) But the worst part was the rude so he called himself the manager on the phone said I needed to come and prove I was not 100% happy with the the food I received when I got home and opened it !
I have ordered Imos hundreds of times NEVER called before and complained ever!
Tonight I did and didn’t receive the customer service I expected.
Will think twice before I ever order from the granite city store again.

Tonight I ordered a pizza and a 2 drinks my pizza was delivered an hr 45min later cold hard as a rock called the store told them they then laughed and said it wasn't on them and to call the store manager monday so me and my sister decided to go up there and talk with tn manger face to face ( like we was told over the ph ) and was greeted by 2 police cars once we explained to them not only me but my mother and my 7 year old daughter vomited more then once not even 30mins after eating the pizza now my mother is in the hospital and ems said we are all most definitely positive for food poisoning hoping to talk to Chris monday if shit don't go well we will be getting lawyers involved

Employees using bare hands and teeth to separate ravioli containers at the Manchester IMOs. Very unsanitary and manager on duty said it’s okay, just leave a bad review on google, no one will do anything about it.

Been ordering from this Imos since 1988. I've written them thousands of checks. They've always taken those checks until I wrote one for $50 and my work check had bmnot cleared yet. Last time I wrote them a check. I felt bad about that. Not a big deal. Imos were very good about this. When you're working all the time,all you want is good food. I hope regular construction work keeps going. The people that work there are very good excellent human beings. They are all very good to me! God Bless all of them!!! Greg
