Festus Mo location- i use to love IMO’S…quality has completely left. Spend a lot of $ and toppings are skeet. No one cares. No one checks the brand. The chef salad we ordered w our pizza should if had ham, salami,& roast beef- 😅 hopefully i can attach a photo here- not even a pinch of RB or Salami! Pizza had no cheese. Dont waste your money!

I just moved here a couple months ago everybody talked about their pizza it's St Louis Pizza. I tried it. Never again it was the grossest pizza. They have no seasoning it's bland it's like tomato paste only. The cheese was weird I've never seen anything like it. And it was hard you can't chew it it was like eating cardboard it was the weirdest thing I've never had pizza like that I've been to 14 countries all over the United States and that was the worst pizza.

I love the Imos off the circle. The food be on point. The only one thing I have to say is the Red Hot Riplets wings need more seasoning but they are still good.

Bought lunch special with 8” cheese, side salad (comes with cheese only), and drink.
Took 15-20 minutes for two lunch specials.
Great service and customer service.
Food was got and delicious. Sorry no pictures.
I will be back before leaving town.

My pizza had fallen to one side just from walking to the car they would not accommodate, so i will no longer support
All good, even though the service at the one closest to me (@Union Plaza) has poor service. In that I have NEVER had an issue coming to pick up ANY order, but now they require payment over the phone, or you have to wait until you physically get to the restaurant. I did this one time and my debit card was compromised that same week. Not saying they were responsible, but, “It is unjustifiably irresponsible to treat us differently from ALL of the other locations; especially when the caller ID shows which numbers had issue with over-the-phone-pick-up orders.”

Was disappointed with toppings missing off of our "All meat" pizza, suppose to have bacon, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, beef, pepperoni. Had no bacon, barely had any Italian sausage or pepperoni! Had more Canadian bacon than anything.House salad only had lettuce & cheese! Wasn't happy at all for $$$ that was spent let alone worked a 13hr day & my family was waiting on me to bring dinner!

Yesterday my family call in to place a order for pick up at 10:53pm via speaker phone ( as we had been in the emergency room all day just wanted a bit to take home) , while on hold someone answer the call and rudely yelled that they where close and slam the phone down. As you can imagine we where highly offended by the unprofessional treatment toward faithful consumer. My family was unaware of the closing hours due to misinformation on Siri of 12am. We had no objection to being inform the store was closed but to waited on hold just to be spoken to like we where depreciate was truly disheartening and no one should be treated this way. Money is more of value then the CONSUMER.

So I got into town here and I decided to get something new and different named pizza, so I saw IMOS pizza and I ordered online and it was done before the time. I got the works pizza medium size and an order of the ravioli (which I was surprised it didnt have cheese in it just meat so i was like wasn't expecting that ) still all is good fantastic and definitely recommend them.Thank you so much
