Placed an order for $75 and pizza was cold and manager was unaccommodating. pizza looked burnt and did not put extra cheese on my pizza and also had hair in it. Manager tried to argue with me about how the food wasn’t cold instead of trying to fix the problem because they were closing. Mind you I’m feeding not only myself but 5 other nurses that work in my hospital. Very disappointed with my service.

Pretty average pizza. A slight step up from eating a frozen pizza. Advertises as open until midnight. Arrived at 11pm and took a while to get our pizza. We were the only ones still in the place and we felt like we were being rushed out of there at 1135pm when the pizza was finally served and the staff started putting seats up on the other tables to close the place up. I'm sure the staff was eager to get home but this should wait until after closing and when your customers are finished eating.

Placed an order minutes before closing and they waited an extra couple of minutes so that I could make it there to pick up my order. Pizza was great.. so was everything else we ordered. Would definitely return.

This is the worst Imos around. I had it once and it was bad, so I waited a while and ordered again. Hoping I just got them at a extra busy time. Not the case, pizza was so dry and the wings didnt have but a drizzle of sauce. I would absolutely order from one of the othetr locations.

The original place where Imo’s Pizza is already closed which was located at Thurman Avenue & Shaw Boulevard in the Shaw neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri… so this is the closest.
Anyway… we ordered the their signature square-cut, cracker‑thin crust topped with Provel cheese, the all meat st louis pizza and aron’s favorite buffalo chicken wings.
Me and aron liked the chicken, but the pizza we are divided.. she liked it and i dont. We both didnt liked the toasted ravioli.
Place was a little bit smelly or maybe that is just the smell of food… 3 stars because no toilets and where to wash our hands.
We were in town from Indiana, had to be at Barnes Jewish hospital. This is the 2nd time we've grabbed a pizza here. Pizza was SPOT ON AND AMAZING. Nick at the counter was a cool, nice guy. We'll stop in again.

Food was good. They somehow misplaced 1 of our orders. We had 2 pizzas and 1 came out quickly. The other one came after everyone else was done eating. The staff apologized and made it right. Place is really small and I didn’t see a bathroom.

Yeah this has to be one of the worst ones around St.Louis on Forest Park! Not sure who the uneducated Caucasian woman is who they let answer the phones in the evenings who doesn't know how to take orders correctly... But it would be great if when you call back after receiving your incorrect order and after tipping the delivery driver extra that they don't tell you it's not that big of a deal if you have a problem, and order from somewhere else and then they block your number out. Yeah that's how they operate on Forest Park, I reached out to the delivery driver the number that I could get through on to relay a message to the owner Nick...still haven't heard anything from the so-called owner Nick! Great job imo's! 🚮
