I rarely write reviews, but we walked over from the City Museum to eat and had to share experience. I’ve been eating pizza probably for 40 years and this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Disgusting. Waste of $30. Do not go!

I should've known better than ordering there. The place was empty. They literally burned my pizza to darn near ashes. I think they must've forgotten about it after it finished cooking. I didn't bother taking it back, so I just threw it away. When I'm in St Louis again, I'll go to the one on

I love the Provolone Cheese Bites. Comes along with just the right amount of sauce. Perfect in every way! Even though it's an app., I can stick with just the 20 pieces. But if u are sharing or wanted some for leftover's, definitely worth buying more. Taste great even after being microwaved.
I was annoyed by the website saying "Store Hours" and not when the Dinning area is open or closed. When I arrived, the neon sign wasn't even lit up to say they were open. I was able to get carry out or delivery if I wanted. Secondly I'm not wasting over $10 for delivery and tip including the extra time it takes if I'm just a block away and only spending $10 for the Provolone Bites.
I'd definitely have to say I love the restaurant, I've gotten most of the food offered over the years and enjoyed it all! It's always been a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere not to mention that it's staff are friendly and helpful especially with the handicapped.

Parking: It's in the middle of a small strip mall with several spots, I believe. I don't drive there.

Kid-friendliness: There is chairs and booster seats. Always seem to be clean.

Wheelchair accessibility: The location is in the middle of a small strip mall. There is a ramp but is rough bumbs for part of the surface for wheelchairs .

First, they need to get their gift cart situation fixed as its been broke for over a week or longer and no one seems to care to fix it.

Two different experiences on two different days. The first time we visited, the gift card won't process. Definitely money on it in the amount needed. A guy around early 30s with black hair is nice as can be, takes down the card number, and later charges the gift card. We were a bit inconvenienced but the customer service, decency, and treatment made it all okay.

Second time was terrible. That was yesterday, Saturday the 27th. Two employees are having the same problem with the gift card system. They give up on the second try and demand we pay with our non-gift card funds. This is absurd. Someone purchased a gift card - these funds should work. If they don't work, do what the first guy did - the guy who knows what customer service is. When it was pointed out that this is nonsense, all we received was "it doesn't work, what do you want me to do?". I don't know, your job? Fix it. Take the card number and charge that like the other guy did. Not the "too bad, sorry, not my fault (i clearly don't care)" attitude. This is ridiculous.

Imo's corporate: get your gift card situation fixed. Why would I ever ask for this as a gift ever again given the experience? Your website is broke half the time as well. You aren't poor. What is the deal?
