I live in a new apartment complex confirmed by the store to be in their delivery area. The first 5 times I called, the address didn’t appear on their map, and I had to speak to the manager to get an order delivered.
I asked the manager if the process could be made any easier, and he said, “just tell anyone who answers to check your order history. They will see we’ve delivered there and everything will be fine.”
Well, I called back again tonight, and it happened again. And I was placed on an extended hold. The food is great, but the customer service is terrible.

Been coming to this locations for decades and it never fails me. Good hardworking staff, great food quality and consistency, and always reasonable wait times whether I've made carry out or delivery orders.

Placed order inside let him know exactly what I wanted I also brought a extra pizza for my sister we asked for double sausage I asked for extra sauce the guy was talking crazy we asked him not to over cook it he did when he showed me the pizza it looks fair when I bit off of it it tasted like a cracker My sister called he yelled and said it is a cracker

Hands down, best store in STL! But then if you were that close to ‘the hill’ wouldn’t you have to be ‘bringing your game’? Always first go to when back in my hometown, has been since mid 90s! Best pies, best peeps, a drive up window & [even] happy to even ‘go above & beyond’ :) Big Bend stores, also consistently good, but these guys are it! 🍕 I’m a Detroit dude 👊 but these squares of St Lou pizza heaven r always a first ‘welcome back’ 🤤

Terrible service coming from the owner his name is Justin and his management crew says my house has fraud activity when I tried to have my food delivered which is not the case cause there is an upstairs and downstairs to my house refused my service then when I called back the next day Justin said didn’t wanna talk to me anymore and said we can’t do business I just moved here from Arizona Justin’s manger the night before said I had to pay with cash which I had and they was still being rude which I don’t understand

I have Gallstones and I can't have alot of meat sauce I ordered a lasagna from this imos and I clearly said no meat sauce know I order from other locations all the time but today I ordered my dinner from here MY LASAGNA HAS A PAN FULL OF meat sauce I called the store and the mgr said they will swap it out but he can't promise it will be different AS I TOLD HIMI ORDER FROM THE JEFFERSON LOCATION AND SPRING AND DELOR LOCATION NO PROBLEM EXACTLY HOW I WANT IT THIS LOCATION DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER'S that live in the neighborhood

We love imos pizza, but really struggle with the managers attitude at this location. We ordered a pizza for delivery, and there was something wrong with the cheese. It almost tasted stale, and didn’t taste like the beloved provolone that we’ve come to know and love. The manager got on the phone and refused to make any remediation. Nothing about his response showed that he understood and wanted to make it right. He seemed more interested in packing up for the night rather than helping us out and standing by the quality of the Imos pizza brand.
