Problem is had was that they ran my debit card three times or twice and yeah took a while to get my money back but if I was to get anything from this location again, I would pay cash and honestly I wouldn't go there again. They really didn't try to compromise me as soon as possible or to give me anything free while I waited for my money to get back but then did VOID all transactions so thanks for that I guess...

This exact location is the reason why my faith have restored back in IMO’s. The last time before now was Oct of 2018. I didn’t think I would ever eat at the IMO’s establishment ever again. This place still value their customers and customer service. They actually greet you here and anticipate your needs. Very PROFESSIONAL, Food is served in a timely manner and it’s hot, fresh and delicious! The place is so clean outside and inside. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The staff each time I’ve come to do business here have been REMARKABLE. I could go on and on🥰 Thank you management and staff, keep up the great work!! -Wiz

Picked up a pizza on Sunday and the total was $21.16. On Monday my card showed a charge of $24.10. I called the store Monday night and they located my order in their system and couldn't explain why I was charged that amount. Asked me if it was OK for them to call me back in 20 minutes so they could check in to it. It's Tuesday night and I'm still waiting on that call back. Check your credit card charges from this place. They seem to be ok with charging you more than they should. Too many choices to get pizza from to allow this to happen.

I’d like to highlight this location specifically and say Thank you for the service I’ve been receiving. I’ve only ordered from here about 3 times and every time I feel like someone personally prepared and monitored my pizza with care lol not once has it been over or under cooked or sloppily made and I appreciate it. The staff is very nice as well

Thank you Tesson Ferry Imos! My lunch rocked today! I asked for an extra well done pizza...GOT IT! I asked for my small salad to be put in a large salad container...GOT IT! I asked for 2 types of dressing...GOT IT! I asked for the driver to ring the doorbell at the front of the office...GOT IT! Thank you again for the excellent service all the way around!

Ordered some carry out June 10, 2024 at 3:34 PM. Pizza was horribly overcooked borderline burnt. Called to get a replacement. They wanted proof that we hadn’t eaten more than half. I didn’t feel like driving back there. Everything else was fine, but someone had to see this and serve it and think that that was acceptable.

I didn’t love it. A little more spicy for a pepperoni pizza than I would expect. “Salad” was greens with cheese. Garlic bread was good. They took 45 minutes to have our order ready on a Saturday around 8p. This is not a dine-in location.

Imo's is a local gem! We ate here based on recommendations from people who live in the area. It goes without saying it lived up to expectations. The first thing to note is Imo's creates a thin crust pizza. One of our friends said it's "pizza on a cracker" which isn't far from the truth. The crust is thin but has substance. The cheese used is found in the St. Louis area. It's called "provel" and is a combination of cheddar, swiss, and provolone and is delicious! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was so good. The flavors of the cheese, red sauce, and crust blended for some of the best pizza I've had in a while. This place was so good we ordered from it twice. There are lots of Imo's in the St. Louis area. This one does not have dine in options; only takeout. It's small and has a drive through window as well. The staff was friendly and nice. We will definitely eat Imo's again the next time we're in the area.
Parking: Parking is plentiful. You shouldn't have any issues with finding a place to park your car.
