Hopefully our experience was a fluke! For each dish, I got a few bites in, but had to put it down because the food tasted like it had gone bad.
I’ll just do a list for the review if that’s okay…!
1.) The lettuce in my salad was all thin end bits, so it chewed to a fibrous mush, with zero crunch. It also tasted rotten, as if the produce went bad but they picked out the slimy bits. I ended up not eating the salad. 2.) The baked mostaccioli pasta was WAY too saucy with no other flavor. The sauce flavor itself was what I could only describe as “rotten” or “gone bad”. 3.) The baked mostaccioli was made in such a way that a lot of the penne ends were burnt until inedible. Probably just people moving quickly to toss pasta into pans, but still. 3.) the baked mostaccioli has a VERY small portion of pasta compared to sauce. It’s tossed into a foil pan in such a way that a lot of the ends burn past being able to be eaten. I would guess the portion to be about 1 single serving size/2 ounces dry weight of penne pasta, and 1 cup+ of sauce. Maybe 1/2 TBS cheese on top. There was a LOT more sauce than pasta. I ended up not eating the pasta. 4.) The fries tasted VERY freezer-burnt, and not really like fries at all. I ended up not eating the fries. 5.) The food made my stomach quite upset within an hour of eating it.
We ordered online, that went fine…! When I called the store with a question the employees were super nice! The building is in a good central location, and it’s got a drive-thru. (:
Just purely based on the food/cleanliness though…YIKES.
I hope this IMO’s can get their game together. There’s other restaurants nearby that might be better for now. (:

First time getting Imo's Pizza. Being out of town, decided to eat in before our concert. They put our pizza in right away. Super friendly, and funny.

We stumbled upon one of the most unforgettable pizzas we’ve ever had on this trip. I’ve always been a fan of thick-crust pizza, thinking it was the only way to enjoy real flavor. But this paper-thin crust changed everything—light, incredibly crisp, and full of character in every bite. Huge thanks to the hotel lobby manager who pointed us in the right direction. Sometimes, the best travel memories begin with a simple local recommendation.

This location is as good as it gets. Perfectly cooked every time. Super polite workers. I've been to other Imo's locations and this one consistently knocks it out of the park every single time.

I love Imo's!!! If you like your pizza overcooked, you will like this location, otherwise try another one. You can complain if you want, they will offer to comp the pizza, but they don't.
Love there pizza and cheese garlic bread. I would highly recommend.

their pizzas are burned and dry. Ordered twice and got same burned pizza after I asked them not to burn my pizza the second time. salad is just lettuce and cheese for $4.45 . What a rip off. Won't order from them again.

Problem is had was that they ran my debit card three times or twice and yeah took a while to get my money back but if I was to get anything from this location again, I would pay cash and honestly I wouldn't go there again. They really didn't try to compromise me as soon as possible or to give me anything free while I waited for my money to get back but then did VOID all transactions so thanks for that I guess...

This exact location is the reason why my faith have restored back in IMO’s. The last time before now was Oct of 2018. I didn’t think I would ever eat at the IMO’s establishment ever again. This place still value their customers and customer service. They actually greet you here and anticipate your needs. Very PROFESSIONAL, Food is served in a timely manner and it’s hot, fresh and delicious! The place is so clean outside and inside. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The staff each time I’ve come to do business here have been REMARKABLE. I could go on and on🥰 Thank you management and staff, keep up the great work!! -Wiz
