I ordered online at 10:40pm, they stopped online orders at 10:45 and closed at 11. I hate being that last minute customer but my wife had just had our baby and afterwards craved Imos really badly. So I put in the comments apologizing for the late order, that brief explanation, and when I got back to the hospital and unpackaged the food, I saw they left a congrats note on the inside of the lid. The small things make the biggest difference. I still feel bad for late ordering, but this was extremely cool and my wife loved it. The guy that handed me the food was extremely friendly, too, and seemed almost happy to hand me my order when normally you'd expect someone rude. Not an ounce of discontent. Return business - absolutely.Food was perfect, too.

We are BIG fans of Imo's so we were obviously disappointed with our sausage and green pepper pizza. The sausage was grisly. Really ruined our experience.

Ordering online was easy and quick. Pulled right up to the drive thru and my order was ready. Very pleasant & friendly employee handed us our food. Got home and food was hot and delicious. Heart shaped pizza was fun, crispy and generous sausage and bacon toppings. Toasted ravs were plump and filling as were the provel bites. After some salad with their delicious Italian dressing, we saved room a soft and gooey cinnamon dessert. A pleasant Valentine's Day. Price was fair. We'll order again for sure.

Placed online order for pickup but website wasnt working. Called and spoke with Eva the manager. She did an excellent job of explaining the website and took my order over the phone. Not even a half hour later we had a nice warm meal ready to go. Excellent staff and manager at this location!

Ordered large deluxe tonight. App closed down so I called to verify they got my order, very cool and polite on the phone. Pizza showed up within 40 min and dayum it was good!. Reminds me of the IMOS of old! Best pizza we've had in quite awhile. Keep up the good work ?

Arrived at drive thru and was told my pizza was ready but I would need to wait an extra 10 minutes for my sandwich. I was asked to pull off to the side and wait. I live 5 minutes away so when I got home I thought everything should still be fresh. The pizza was so salty that no one could eat it. It seemed old. The sandwich had no cheese, burned meatballs and it was over sauced. The bread was so tough I could barely cut through it. Over the last few years our experience has continued to go downhill without exception. I'm done.

Been eating IMOs for fifty years. Roast beef with au jus is my favorite. But as of the last few years. You get a cup of grease with your sandwich. Stir the dern au jus before you cup it up. Smh. Laziness seems to be the trend of the new generation.
