Food is excellent. I never eat at restaurants or fast food because of personal reasons,this is a new clean building and all the workers are always happy and pleasant. I always pick up at the window and it’s always hot and ready.
Never had a bad meal from IMOs before Pizza didn’t have that cheesy taste I’m used to, in fact it didn’t taste like IMOs at all and was a little dry, and your bbq wings were overcooked.Never ordered from your location before, don’t think I ever will again, not to mention your prices are getting too hard to swallow. A 10’ inch all meat and 8 wings for $33? Can’t do it.

I purchased 2 cheese pizzas with extra cheese and had a BOGO 1/2 price coupon. The total was $38 and change. I did not tip as this was a pick up, not a delivery. However, my debit card was charged $44.00 even. I did not put a line through the tip area in the receipt BUT I did write the total amount on the receipt ($38 and change). I was not given a receipt of my own, which would’ve been fine normally. The pizza was mediocre, not much sauce, and not hot when I arrived. Still, I let that go. Clearly, I was fraudulently charged and now have to deal with management when they open. What a mess. I won’t ever go to this location again.

The best imos in my opinion. They also do a great job! The staff is always helpful and patient and I've never had a bad experience with this location. I would recommend ordering from this location if you have the chance.
I went and ordered the food. Considering the last time I asked for it to be delivered. You delivered it to the dope house three houses up the street from me. Good thing I was out in front of my house to stop the pizza man. Before he gave my pizza to the people at the door. I will have to say my meat lovers pizza was very delicious. Now on the other hand for the chicken wings I ordered. They were not cooked all the way they were still pink. Imo's is my favorite pizza. I've ordered from you five times in the last 6 months since I moved to the neighborhood. I've not really been a satisfied customer any of the times. From calling in an order and I get there and you give me the wrong order. To getting home and not having all my food. To getting home with pizza that was cold. Then the delivery situation. And then this situation the other day. I know it's hard on fast food restaurants really hard to get good employees. That's everywhere. I was called up to the counter and then I was told Your pizza's done but you still got 7 minutes on the wings. Need to learn how to cook the food at the same time. The pizza should not have went in the oven as soon as it did if it takes longer to cook the wings. So I sat back down a young man called my name He said Oh we're waiting on your wings. I said I know she says they got 7 minutes. He comes back he says your wings are done we're going to put sauce on them. I said they're supposed to be plain.. Just a lot of confusion there like they don't work in a team. Or I could be wrong it could be everybody just trying to help at the same time. Just a bit confusing. I'm going to give you one more try and then if not I'm going back down on 17th and Delmar. It'd be worth the drive. Time my tip and pay for my food yes I tip for picking up at the counter for an order I walked in and ordered...

The “manager Aaron” as he identified himself on 5/27/24 should not be allowed to handle anybody’s food. What a mess this place is and a serious health risk. Truly feel bad for anybody willing to take the risk and eat what this establishment is serving.

Ordered sausage and bacon had to hv it remade 2nd one still little to no bacon and half amount of sausage of first one. They refuse to remake. Understand inflation but want my money back. Hv a picture if u can find the bacon let me know!!!
