Festus Mo location- i use to love IMO’S…quality has completely left. Spend a lot of $ and toppings are skeet. No one cares. No one checks the brand. The chef salad we ordered w our pizza should if had ham, salami,& roast beef- 😅 hopefully i can attach a photo here- not even a pinch of RB or Salami! Pizza had no cheese. Dont waste your money!

Let's just say the owner needs to stop leaving employees there at night unsupervised that don't know how to communicate or slove problems with customers. All I wanted was for them to remake me a 10in pizza. Because they messed up my phone in order. And the little monsters created this sloppy ass pizza. It was the worst pizza I've ever gotten from them.

Angel was very nice and friendly. This is always my first stop when I come home to visit.
Just left the drive through. Guy just stared like he was on crack. Then when asked if he was going to say something he said “I’m not a mind reader who I look like cleopatra?” Umm. How about “how may I help you?” Then stood 10 toes down on how he doesn’t have to greet a customer. Like we just pulled up to his front porch and we are supposed to say something first. I wouldn’t be surprised if he spit on this burnt pizza. Trash.

Had a terrible experience with this location. My food that was delivered was not warm, my chicken was not fully cooked and 1 of my pizza was not fully cooked. I called the store and a female picked up and I told her my problem and she placed me on a long hold. Then the manager picked up the phone and I told him how displeased I was about my order and he was going back and forth about how they cooked the order right, instead of seeing what he can do to make my order right. I asked him for his name and he would not give it to me and hung up the phone. I called the store back several times and they kept hanging up on me. The service I just received here was terrible and I spent 92.51. I would advise, anyone who is wanting Imo's, to pass this location up and go to another one.

Always delicious. Out of town friends were skeptical about saltine crackers with salad. After the had 2 bites they devoured my salad . ? Had to go back & get salad & more pizza.

They don't answer the phone...theu don't offer any help with the online orders. It says they are closed online when I try to pay but my boyfriend was just in there and all they said was try again. It's 314 day and I just want some imos. Seriously terrible service do not order from there
