Imagine ordering your favorite meal in your hometown that you order every visit, spending over $100 as I always do and you point out something as simple as they didn’t add Italian seasoning topping and they give you a hard time. Per the lady, I’m guessing she was a manager since no one else knew how to charge me, I have to pay for it. Not even sure how much it was but it’s clearly not on there as it normally is. I hate bad customer service. I wouldn’t have even inquired if I knew it would be such a big deal. I can definitely spend my money where my issues are addressed to say the least.

Pretty good and super thin. Using quality ingredients is key. I had a sausage, mushroom, and onion. Paid $19.00 for a medium. Service was on point too.

Staying at Hilton garden suits for a weekend zoo trip with the kids. Got in late, they delivered to hotel and 🍕 PiZza was the best I’ve had in a long time!! So good 😊 made have to order again before our weekend is over.

This is THE BEST Imos location, the people that work there are always awesome, the food is always cooked to perfection, and we've been ordering from this store for 4 years now. Pricey, yes, but SOOOOO WORTH it at this location!!!! The delivery guy tonight was our usual driver and AS USUAL, quick friendly and on point!! Thank you guys for being the BEST Imos in the area!!!

Its good however. U can literally get the same thing at dominos for 1/4 the price. 1 xl pizza for close to $30 while at dominos i can get 2 large for the same exact same thing. Wished it as just cheaper

We've never had issues with this Imos before until they started using DoorDash as their drivers. We waited two and half hours for our pizza after ordering it, kept checking outside for it/the driver, we got nothing. I pulled out of my garage to go to work this morning at 9am and our order was sitting on the ground in front of our front door frozen solid with no visuals on our cameras of someone dropping it off. No one rang the doorbell, no one knocked on the door.
While my mom appreciates the service we've gotten in getting a refund processed for this order, as well as all the times prior with the customer service on other orders, she asks, PLEASE STOP USING DOOR DASH IN PLACE OF YOUR DRIVERS.
