FYI this location is pick-up only, no dine in. But, the pizza was excellent! We got a plain, BBQ chicken, pepperoni, garlic bread, and garlic cheese bread. The crust was a perfect cracker thin, and I really like the provel cheese. Garlic bread was good but nothing I would order again. We were all full and happy, and I want to know where I can buy this provel cheese and bring home!

Festus Mo location- i use to love IMOāSā¦quality has completely left. Spend a lot of $ and toppings are skeet. No one cares. No one checks the brand. The chef salad we ordered w our pizza should if had ham, salami,& roast beef- š hopefully i can attach a photo here- not even a pinch of RB or Salami! Pizza had no cheese. Dont waste your money!

I'm not from St Louis, I don't care for their pizza. I always go with the sandwiches, pasta, appetizers, or salad. For those of us working in the industry, I appreciate that they deliver late. I only want to say, their delivery driver is the best! He's always super friendly and polite. I hope management/ owners see this. Because he really IS a great face for your business. I've been a delivery driver myself, and it can get annoying real fast! He's always very pleasant. I don't know his name, but he has a slight foreign accent. And I only say so, because I don't have a porch light and couldn't pick him out to save my life! ? Give that man a raise/bonus/trip to Hawaii!!

I just moved here a couple months ago everybody talked about their pizza it's St Louis Pizza. I tried it. Never again it was the grossest pizza. They have no seasoning it's bland it's like tomato paste only. The cheese was weird I've never seen anything like it. And it was hard you can't chew it it was like eating cardboard it was the weirdest thing I've never had pizza like that I've been to 14 countries all over the United States and that was the worst pizza.
Hampton Location lost the order but still managed to charge our card. We waited over an hour before calling to check on it. Spoke to the manager and she remembered taking the payment information and the order, but while the card was charged they didnāt put the order through.
They ārushedā the order to us.
Order was placed at 5:27 and we received it at 7:24. The pizza had been tipped and all the cheese and toppings slid to the back. They also did not cut itā¦.

Whoever made my sandwich is rude please train your workers when messing up someoneās order without knowing if the customer heard them or not so since she said she wonāt know the difference didnāt want to remake it until someone made her because messed up and made my order how she want and for to say it aināt like she gone call in . You right Iām not Iām gone leave a review this is literally my favorite imos in stl please do better

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from this location and a quarter into my pizza I find a thick black hair baked into the pizza. I called to let them know and they tell me they can remake it and switch the first pizza out. At 9:30 with a hungry toddler no thank you. I stated that I did not want to wait around for another pizza. I asked for a coupon or discount on my next order. Apparently they donāt do this which is wild to me. They only replace the pizza. you think I want nasty hair pizza? Clearly someone in the kitchen isnāt wearing their hair net which is a safety hazard. I asked to speak to the manager. Apparently I was speaking with the manager. I asked for their boss. Apparently they are the boss. I wouldnāt continue to order from here unless you want hair in your pizza. Not to mention the manager completely had a bad attitude. I could have asked for a refund. I should have asked for a refund. I deserve a refund. I was trying to be nice by asking for a discount. But there is nothing nice or safe about finding hair baked into your pizza.
