The GM in granite city was not concerned about the issue I had and his opinion of what I thought was terrible wilted lettuce and my opinion was different!! ( I drove back with the salad) But the worst part was the rude so he called himself the manager on the phone said I needed to come and prove I was not 100% happy with the the food I received when I got home and opened it !
I have ordered Imos hundreds of times NEVER called before and complained ever!
Tonight I did and didn’t receive the customer service I expected.
Will think twice before I ever order from the granite city store again.

We ate Imo’s Pizza twice during our stay in St. Louis, and it was excellent each time. We tried the pizza, wings, spaghetti, and cinnamo—everything was great, and the delivery was fast.

Food is good. Service sucks... One girl in particular. Went through the drive-thru to pick up an order the girl was super rude. To the point where I didn't even want the food and took my card back. And don't have to use the restroom... You can't use it there, as there's no public restroom. But it's okay for you to spend your money. Will not be revisiting this location

That happened y esterday October 7 2025 I have never been talked to like that at a business I hope he talkvto the wrong person like that I will nevervgo there again PLEASE DONT SPEND A DIME AT THIS IMOS
