I've only ever gotten delivery from this location. It's always while I'm working (my guilty pleasure ). They have quick delivery and the staff that delivers has always been friendly. I can sometimes be complicated in my orders, so I applaud the employees on never forgetting anything on the order. As if my order isn't complicated enough, there are usually 3 others that order with me. I have never received an order that wasn't accurate and fresh. Speaking of fresh...this place is a chefs kiss of perfection. My pizza is always delicious and the toasted raviolis are crisp. Say what you will about Imo's (love them or hate them crispy thin pizzas) I LOVE it and I love ordering from them. While I can't speak on the physical location, I can definitely recommend ordering out. Whether you're in a tight spot, or just want so tasty pizza, Imo's will deliver....pun intended.

The last couple of times I've ordered pick up, the service at the window has been poor. Food wise, we all know this imos location is not the best. I am a frequent customer and my son loves imos but I won't be spending anymore money here due to rude customer service and sub par food.I would never recommend this location to anyone especially if they have not had St Louis style pizza before. I started ordering sandwiches and salads bcuz the pizza has been increasingly disappointing. The last salad was brown and old. yuckSpend your money elsewhere

Twice I ordered from here and each time there was an issue that they refused to fix. First, it was a pretty burnt small cheese pizza for my kid (who of course didn't enjoy it because over cooking it made the crust tough to chew)Second time was the same thing with the cheese pizza EVEN THOUGH I presented the picture (below) from the 1st order and asked them not to cook it so long. She agreed but they DID IT ANYWAY. And the Canadian bacon didn't smell right AT ALL! But when I called they guy wasn't bothered about the $53.00 I just spent and didn't offer to remake it OR offer regular bacon to see if it was better. He just said, "well we just got this in yesterday" and just held the phone. And he hung up with ZERO customer satisfaction.UPDATE: Tried them again because my family insisted. Some of the he wings were still raw and bland in flavor then the sauce for the buffalo chicken is tasteless and watery. I hate that this is where food quality and customer satisfaction has come to. An all time low, yet it's our money that we're spending with them. Pappa John's here we come!!

Not sure what brand of meat products this location uses, but my pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza was soooo..,salty and there was hardly any sauce. Pizza was awful. There was nothing lettuce in the salad and it was old and brown. Will not visit this location again.
They forgot one of my extra sides of ranch but G that polite and the food was on point and prepared fresh and correctly.

I don't know why I bother asking for well done Krispy krust because I've been to this place 3 times and every time as for a Krispy krust and they seem unable to understand that if a crust is crispy it's not pliable you can't bend it and they won't ever do it so I'm just fed up with emos all together because I've tried 4 locations now and ask everyone to make me a Krispy krust and no one seems able or willing to do it so long emos you're a good memory now but you're just not the same pizza and I don't want to use you again Yes

I really like pickup. The drive through was empty so I drove right up. They have a hard time getting someone to the window. Once you pay they get your order. No napkins. Check out the food and make sure it's what you ordered plus utensils napkins condiments. Once you leave...
