Don't order from here. They will take your money and not deliver the cookies. The email support doesn't help. This place stole $50 from me, order from hotbox or go get cookie dough from the store.

Cookies and brownies are delicious! Ice cream is good too BUT their 2 scoops is equal to 1 anywhere else and it's pricey for the amount you get!

Lady at the counter on 11/03/24 at midnight was a little rude taking the order, I wanted just ice cream in a cup but she keto saying the ice cream with the cookie. And I kept saying no just in a cup lol she said "that's what I saud" alright. Then when she went to make our order, we had 4 things, she had to ask for like the 4th time what we wanted and still messed it up, but we just took it and left at that point. cookies and ice cream tasted fine but not worth the price imo.

Came 3 hours before they close and was told they only had one caramel cookie left then when I got the one that was left it wasn’t good too hard and wasn’t warm the one in Delmar loop is way better

Customer service was okay. However these cookies do not taste good. In fact they do not taste like they normally do. I love Insomnia Cookies. I went through a period where I had to have them at least twice a week and I don’t ever remember them tasting like this. Very disappointing. Plus they were a little hard and cold and I’m use to them being soft and warm.

I ordered cookies for a large group and one person was gluten free. There was no marking or separate packaging for the gluten free cookies and they looked the same as the regular chocolate chip. You can’t advertise something if you’re not actually offering it!!! I don’t know if the workers were just being lazy or weren’t trained on allergens but this could have made her really sick.

I’m giving this one star only because the cookie itself was very delicious but the total lack of respect of the female employee made it a horrible experience. There were three people in our group and had I not already paid for my cookie, we would have all left without purchasing anything solely on the complete unprofessionalism of this employee. Upon entering the store she said “what do you need?” When we said we weren’t sure yet she rolled her eyes and said ok but came back seconds later and rudely asked again what we wanted. I asked what the most popular cookie sold was, she said “all of them. Just pick one.” I did. My sister wanted a cookie with ice cream but every single tub of ice cream was labeled incorrectly. She asked for cookie dough and was told they didn’t have that. She asked about the cookies and cream and again the rude worker said “what you see, is what we have, pick one.” My sister, seeing the sign that said vanilla and the white tub of ice cream, asked for vanilla. The cashier pointed her finger, tapped the glass and said “if it doesn’t say it right here, we don’t have it.” It DID say it though. The lady said some more rude comments and after those, we just left. Such a horrible first experience that I can guarantee we do not return to another insomnia cookie facility.

The lady working is extremely rude and lacks customer care, sympathy, empathy, everything. We are tourists, out of state.. first time visiting this Cookie store and this town, and when I asked simple questions about the cookies I got eye rolls and attitude like “is that what you asking for real?” Bad looks from her. I’m sorry but what a terrible first impression we all got including my kids. It took away from the delicious cookies and ice cream you sell. Training your people better, or don’t let them in charge of the customers. Simple as that
