I love the cookies and brownies the price is this way too high

Stopped by on a whim and the person behind the counter was so rude I actually considered walking out in the middle of my order. it’s my first time here and I asked some basic questions about the choices and the cashier was so rude like all they had to do was answer the question with a simple explanation but instead I got “well you Could *rolls eyes* order this and this and this but I don’t want to show you this and this” (I didn’t even ask to be shown anything) I can’t remember exact words after that but I felt seriously uncomfortable, she was just going on and on like I seriously offended her and am a complete waste of her time. Even if the cookies tasted good I’d never come back.

I think it was around $3 for a tiny little cookie. It was fresh and warm, but I wouldn't come back unless I was really craving something sweet. Better just to go down to the Whole Foods down the street and get a bag of coookies.

Poor service. We came in an hour before closing asking for an ice cream sandwich, employee said they're not scooping ice cream anymore. We came in 15 minutes later and they're scooping ice cream for other customers. When we complained, employee proceeded to gaslight us by saying "I don't know anything about that...there is no Jeanette S working here...etc."

Rude staff and don't honor in store promotions saying that it's online only when it clearly states in store only then the staff talks bad about you and gives you dirty looks while you wait for cookies.

Went there to get a 12 pack of cookies and the cashier complained "they're talking real slow like uhh" to me and my smile dropped, I didn't expect for someone working there to be rude and bash one of their customers that's just unheard of. I won't be coming back to this store because it seems everytime I go they are unprofessional. They talked to another customer that already got their cookies, they even gave that customer free cookies but us they were just being mean. You don't speak to anyone in that way.

Visited this evening and ordered 6 cookies. Saw on a kiosk an advertisement for buy 6 cookies and get 6 cookies free in store only purchase. We asked about that promo since I purchased 6 cookies and was abruptly told it was an online only option. We asked where does it say that and they just kept repeating it was online only and they don't even have a button on their register for it. Someone who may be the manager cane from the back to continue to argue with me and told me I was rude, in front of my family and other customers. I just wanted to understand why advertise something and not honor it. She continued to go to the back of the store and give me and my dirty looks. And we waited over 10 minutes for cookies that they said would take just 2 minutes to cook. I will never visit this location again, very unprofessional and horrible service.

This place is a mess. Ordered a 6 pack mix of gluten free cookies and others in separate packaging (4 gluten free 2 non-gluten free). They didn't have gluten free cookies and didn't notify me till after I paid. An honest mistake. The person I was with was offered one of the non-gluten free ones (we thought as an a apology) and they said yes. I did want a refund due to use only coming for the gluten free cookies. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was a bit of a wait but we eventually got the refund. I looked at the refund receipt and noticed it wasn't the full refund amount. I asked politely for the managers attention and she snapped at me asking what I needed. I explained that it wasnt the full total and that she still charged me for 2 cookies. She argued that we had a cookie in our hand and thus only refunded the gluten free ones. We said we would pay for the one cookie in my friend hand but we still wanted a refund for the other cookie. The manager said the cookie couldn't be refunded on the computer in the front (the one she just used for the other one) and went to the back and never came back. It sounds like a big rouse but all I wanted were gluten free cookies and ended up paying $5.50 for a singular cold cookie. I liked this place before. Don't think I'll come back to this location again.
I have been multiple times. Staff is always awesome. Selection is hit or miss. Often out of peanut butter.

The cookies from here are amazing! Their ice cream sandwich was huge. I couldn’t even see the cookie on the bottom! Open very late as an added bonus.
