Lady who took our order was so rude. My bf was ordering a dozen cookies and we did not know that we couldn’t mix and match. Lady snapped her fingers at my bf and told him with a nasty attitude to try again. Cookies were good but that lady Litterly ruined everything.

Don't waste you time or money, the staff were rude. My order was not correct and they said they attempted to reach my by my cellphone, which I was speaking to them on when I called about the order. No attempt was made to correct the order and they hung up on me. I will be telling everyone I know to not waste their time or money.

Worst experience ever. Came in, ordered 12 cookies, they got them nowhere near correct. The dude at the counter was a total ********. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, ever. On top of that, the building is really uncomfortable & has such a bad mood all around.

The cookies were okay, but the price was too high for each one. The Owner could have been friendlier.
This place was filthy. They were out of nearly everything. The staff stands outside smoking and hollering at people walking on the sidewalks. I think the staff had brought their family to work as well. Just walk on by, go to the grocery and buy your own stick of dough and ice cream. Might be safer!

First time at this store and when we walked in, the employee at the register had an attitude. He didn’t greet us but expected us to be the ones to greet him saying, “What are the 3 words you say when you walk into an establishment?” Wanting us to be the ones to say “Hi, how are you?” First instead of him providing the service. While we were deciding on flavors he made it seem like us standing there and deciding was an inconvenience and didn’t make the experience very enjoyable. While the cookies were delicious, I wouldn’t go back due to the service.
They were out of triple chocolate chunk so the man working gave me three regular chocolate chip cookies instead. They were great! Would've gotten milk to go with them, but the only milk they had was expired ?

My ice cream sandwich was absolutely delicious. Exclamation poi was overjoyed to see the large amount of ice cream that they put in between my cookies. However, I would be remiss. If I didn't share the less than stellar attitude of the cashier who did not hold shy to express her opinion about not wanting to have to scoop ice cream and that it would be OK if we only ordered cookies.? To be fair, it was late in the night and less than 30 minutes away from closing. However, we had waited in line for an extended of time.
