International Tap House, Delmar

So many reasons that this place is a gem...
From pool, to tabletop games, to pacman, to weekly trivia and live music, there is always something to do at iTAP on Delmar. It also features one of the best selection of beer-to-go in the area, as well as a well curated rotating tap.

The team behind the bar are are super nice and fun to get to know, and there's a great patio.

Good beer list, lotsa space

Went here last night and had a couple beers. Beer was fine, the selection was good, but the service was enough to ruin it. Came in and my friend and I were very cordial to the gentleman (big guy with a beard) working the bar. We asked for his recommendation, what he likes, and he was very short with us. Fine, whatever. Then he spent the rest of the time chatting it up with some girls down at the bar, we could hardly get him over to close the check. When we did get his attention, he cut us off dismissively and said “in a minute”. I’m not sure who crapped in his coffee that morning, but I could not fathom a single thing we did to warrant his attitude. Very weird. Wouldn’t recommend this spot if that’s what the experience is going to be like.

Ryan’s a knowledgeable bartender who can assist you in a beer suited to your tastes. Clean environment and pleasant atmosphere.

Big selection of craft beers. My husband loves IPA, so he was happy. They have a cooler behind the bar with domestic beer, but no Bud Light or Miller Light. I chose to drink a Busch Light, which is not a favorite of mine, but due to limited choices, I did it. This place would have gotten 5 stars if they served food. If you like the feel of an old time bar, and love craft beer, this establishment is for you.

This place has severe beers on tap and many more in bottles and cans. They don't have any food, however you can bring food in or have it delivered. The atmosphere felt like an old time bar. There are various seating options including outdoors.

We enjoy visiting this ITAP. You can't beat the selection of drafts and bottles. There literally is something there for every craft beer lover. Service is always good. They offer a few draft cocktails, which are very good. They are not too sweet, and you can actually taste the spirit used. Large area, so generally, a seat available inside or outside. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to bring in some food.

Located not far near the corner of Delmar and Skinker, parking was a beast. I was meeting up with a MeetUp group there and as soon as I stepped in, I was instantly overwhelmed by how crowded it was an also the weird smell (like sweaty men and booze). It was lots of college students (mostly males) there due to it being near Wash-U. I couldn't even find my MeetUp group right away so I went straight to the bar. The bartenders were on top of everything. It was only 2 of them against what seemed like a hundred patrons scattered throughout the venue. My friend joined me later and we chatted it up with the bartenders and ordered some none-Beer drinks. We had a Pink Tini, Disco Punch and Sam Smith's Organic Perry Cider. The cider was nice, cold and crispy. I definitely loved that! I'm not a huge crowds person so I may come back on a week night or something.

Came into iTap with friends during the evening to be met by a passive aggressive bartender, a Tan bald man, who said that they only serve whiskey and beer despite the signs having multiple types of liquor. Said he couldn’t make anything we ordered, making this a terrible experience. After the one drink we left, won’t come back.
