The gentleman could have been more friendly that was working the drive thru but the food was hot and fresh. Always love the traditional regular tacos when me and the family are out running errands and need a quick food fix!!

We love Jack in the Box, but go out of our way to avoid this one. Made the mistake of giving it another chance today. The staff has terrible customer service and several times have closed early even though you could see workers and their friends inside with small children running around. The food is a bit lack luster too. If you're in the mood for this chain, I'd recommend another location and get the tiny tacos!!!

Very disappointed. Ordered 6 tacos and onion rings in the drive thru and they gave us a hamburger and French fries and did not give a receipt. Didn’t realize until we were home.

I was in town visiting my father that was in the hospital on Christmas day. I called around and this location was the only place open. I know it sucks working Christmas the staff here were all very nice.

I have been to this jack n the box a million times. Tonight was the best food there I have ever had. Whoever that girl was deserves a raise!!! Bravo

Much better than in the past. For a long time this location was really going down hill. Closing early, irregular hours, incoherent employees. Tonight was different. Glad to see the change.

Don’t do it. Disgusting food. I ordered the spicy chicken combo no tomatoes and curly fries. The sandwich was cold and had tomatoes on it, didn't even get the curly fries instead there was a container of oil soaked cold plain potato wedges for some reason. Also ordered a 3 piece jalepeno they were so burnt and hard I couldn't eat them. Lastly I got the loaded curly fries, opened the container and there are regular fries all cold and hard with a chunk of cold cheese and sauce on top. Worst Jbox I've ever had.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:10 and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Was told there was no meat prepped and the grill was shut down. Then tried to order an Oreo Shake. Was told “we close in like less than an hour, so we don’t really have anything right now.” Apparently they don’t serve food for the last hour they’re open. Incredible stuff.

I don't know what's happened to Jack in the Box anymore, but ive just been really disappointed in every aspect of it. Ive given them three more chances to win me back. All three of those times i ws thoroughly let down by the customer service, speed, cost and quality of food. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Jack in the Box.
