It was like 1 am when I went thru the drive thru, but that shouldn’t matter, they’re open 24 hrs, the guy in the drive thru sounded annoyed at the fact that I chose them, again, open 24 hrs, to get food. I placed my order and he repeated it back to me incorrectly and I corrected what he said wrong, no biggie. I still received the wrong drink and was shorted tacos from my order, some could say it was my fault for not checking before I left but I just finished a 14 hr shift and wasn’t thinking right, but I shouldn’t have to check the drink and bag, it should’ve just been right. I’ve been to this jack in the box a few times now and didn’t learn my lesson, because every other visit had been subpar and I continue to go back, which I won’t do again.

If there was ever a J in the B that all others should model themselves after, it's this location!! The fellas working there are always super kind and smiling, the food is always hot and fresh, but most importantly, YOUR ORDER IS ALWAYS CORRECT!!! Every other location in town should be sending their employees here to learn from guys that know how to do it and do it right!!!

I have been to this establishment 3 times in the past month and a half. All three, they have gotten my order wrong by adding or removing condiments to my food. I have yet to be greeted by a friendly worker and on Christmas Eve (granted a time where they were slammed and only had online ordering) my fiancée and I went through the drive thru and was “greeted” by a worker who said something along the lines of not being happy that we wanted to order.
My first times ever going to a Jack In The Box, and they all were poor experiences.

Ordered our food, was told to pull forward and wait. Employees just sat in the back talking as cars piled up behind us. Waited for 30 minutes to get our food just for the employee to come out and ask us what we ordered and then go back in for another 15 minutes. Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant on Watson. Save your money and go to Quick Trip next door and grab yourself a 4 hour old Hotdog on a dried out bun. You'll get better service.

These guys usually put in the extra effort to make things the way you order it. In particular, I always order large vanilla shakes with my order, and if it isn't too late at night, the guy making the shakes treats each shake like he's creating a work of art. He makes the best shakes ever! 5 stars for sure.

This place is a joke, workers overcharging on items to pocket the extra.. shameful as hell and this owner allows it to happen on a daily.. breakfast jacks say 2.99 not 4.99 like we've been charged completely bs. To be honest this owner needs to speak up on behalf of this type of activity not give everyone a website to make the complaint. Grow a pair sir

No one answered the drive thru speaker or the window so we just decided to leave but we couldn't leave because the drive thru was so backed up we had to wait to leave and not get food while two employees argued in the inside of the restaurant.
