We had bag our own order and the employee threw our food on the counter and service wasn't standard, I the owners to read this review we will not come back to this Jack in the box ever again because employee was totally rude 1-9-26

11:14 Friday 26th. My daughter, granddaughter and I were at drive thru trying to give our order. The female taking our order wouldn't give me the time to ask my girls what drink they wanted. She just kept being rude. When I got to window, the girl kept telling me she was sorry and it wasn't her. Soon after a very small girl comes and slams our food at the window. She had a very foul look on her face. I did tell her if she didn't like her job, she should find another one. The girl at the window was very nice and continued to apologize for her coworker's attitude.

I was in the drive-thru for lunch. I was told that they couldn't take my order because they were short-staffed. I was literally the only car there. Jack-in-the-Box just cannot be relied upon to be open and functioning during their posted business hours. It's really sad and pathetic.

The absolute worst service of any restaurant I've ever been to. Called the manager to let them know of the problem and got hung up on. The woman in the Drive-Thru was not nice at all. Looked at me for my money so nasty that I asked if she was ok. I have to give a one-star because you can't give a zero. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NOT RIGHT!!! Don't work around people if you can't be nice

I just had Uber Eats delivet lunch for me. The order was not correct! It should have had a sourdough jack combo with fries. I did NOT receive that nor the fries only then large sprite! Instead i was sent 2 sausage breakfast items and onion rings. I also did the buy a MOBSTER taco get 1 free. I got 4 small tacos! Not what I ordered!!
