I guess I should say thank you because we’ll never be back again. The service was poor half of what you want is not on the menu EVER, I think we’ve gotten an Oreo shake one time that we’ve tried to order, the quality of food is absolutely disgusting, there were seven french fries in my son’s child’s meal. Give me a break did you even look at what you were doing and if you did you thought that was okay..

Ordered a Jumbo Jack no cheese w/curly fries meal and an Ultimate Cheeseburger meal. Got 2 Jumbo Jacks both with cheese and 2 orders of regular fries. If they repeat it back to you correctly, why is it so hard to get the order in the bag correctly?

I didn’t expect to find such a hidden gem! The moment I entered, I was struck by the inviting atmosphere. The food did not disappoint—every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Well we ordered online and there was a car in front of us, we assumed they told her to wait. so we waited for 30 minutes. cars behind us were leaving because it was taking so long. finally we pull up and said the name for the order and we had to wait about 5 minutes for our cold food. they gave us an unsweetened tea instead of peace tea when it said peace tea on the receipt. it would've been good food if it was hot.

Worst jack in the box I've ever been to. I went through the drive thru at around 7:45pm- not an unreasonable time for a drive thru meal. There were 3-4 employees outside smoking and talking when I drove up and they stared me down. I thought maybe they were closed because nobody said anything through the speaker for a few mins. Finally, they asked for my order but sounded inconvenienced that I was there. They were out of everything I was trying to order. I wanted cheese fries and a cherry mellow yellow. When I asked about the large picture of loaded waffle fries from the drive-thru menu they said it had been discontinued. Out of mellow yellow. Out of fries. I left with a disgusting Cherry Coke and a child's grilled cheese.

I'm sorry I interrupted their break time. They were very unhelpful. If they really were out of stock of everything and discontinuing things that are still being advertised on the menu, management should really do better.

I will not be returning to this location.

I'm not sure how it took them 20 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich, but it did. I have been to this location multiple times and they have been slow every time.

With no one in this business while my wife and I were there it took over twenty minutes to obtain our food. The food was good but the service and wait time was ridiculous for what is supposed to be a fastfood business.

Something was wrong with my burger my husband had bought earlier in the morning. Then when I got to it at lunch I realized I couldn’t eat it. So I called and they still let me come up after work and replace it. They were super friendly about it. I go here pretty often and my orders are rarely wrong and I never have any major issues. It can be a long time waiting but their staff is always short handed and it’s right off a highway. They are always pretty friendly with an occasional bad day but everyone has those.

Had to wait for about 20 minutes for my food. Which would have been fine if it was hot and fresh or even correct. They forgot several things. The fries were cold and mushy like they weren’t even fully cooked. The tacos were very hard and pathetic. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Small but friendly and good food. In my opinion, JIB consistently has among the top 3 friendliest fast food customer service. This one was no different. Bring back Nacho Supreme and Pita Pockets!
