I'm not sure how it took them 20 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich, but it did. I have been to this location multiple times and they have been slow every time.

With no one in this business while my wife and I were there it took over twenty minutes to obtain our food. The food was good but the service and wait time was ridiculous for what is supposed to be a fastfood business.

Something was wrong with my burger my husband had bought earlier in the morning. Then when I got to it at lunch I realized I couldn’t eat it. So I called and they still let me come up after work and replace it. They were super friendly about it. I go here pretty often and my orders are rarely wrong and I never have any major issues. It can be a long time waiting but their staff is always short handed and it’s right off a highway. They are always pretty friendly with an occasional bad day but everyone has those.

Had to wait for about 20 minutes for my food. Which would have been fine if it was hot and fresh or even correct. They forgot several things. The fries were cold and mushy like they weren’t even fully cooked. The tacos were very hard and pathetic. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Small but friendly and good food. In my opinion, JIB consistently has among the top 3 friendliest fast food customer service. This one was no different. Bring back Nacho Supreme and Pita Pockets!

I put in a mobile order and when we arrived they said they were closed because only one person was working. My boyfriend recalls seeing another person there but we left. I called the manager the next day to report this as I was charged for food I never received it. I have since talked to Ron the manager and his manager and a month later I never received a refund. I have followed up multiple times. I will now have to dispute the charge with my bank. I will never go to this location again as they stole my money. How hard is it to give a customer their money back when your employees just refuse to work?

Terrible service. Staff just comes in whenever they want regardless of posted hours, they are rude, yell and cuss at customers. Yuck!
