They're deleting negative comments and reviews off here. They need closed down. Myself and 4 vehicles left Sunday after wait over 20 minutes. No one answered the drive through speaker, CLOSE THIS LOCATION AND LET A REAL BUSINESS DEVELOP. IF YOURE PAYING THOSE EMPLOYEES $1.50 AN HOUR, THATS $3 TOO MUCH FOR THOSE EMPLOYEES THERE. the worst not so fast food in the city. Save your time and money, this location is ZERO STARS.

If you want to sit outside for 25 minutes and be ignored waiting for someone to acknowledge you. This is the 2nd best place for you next to being a red head in an orphanage. Absolutely awful service. I'm glad they got their little cigarette break though.

Stopped there 4 times in the last month and they are always out of certain foods or the drink machines are not working and for the last thing us we can't take your order because we have to unload the food truck.

I took my brother here to grab something quick to eat. After 8 minutes waiting in the drive tru for someone to take the order, she came on and acted like she was aggravated with having to take the order. We pulled around and waited another 6 minutes just to be told to pull around to the front. We then sat in front for another 10 minutes when my brother went inside and came out 5 minutes later without the drinks. He had forgotten that we ordered drinks. So that's a total of 29 minutes we waited to get cold mediocre food! I'll never go back there again!

Good food, but service was terrible. 25 minutes in the drive thru. There was only 1 car in front of me. When I pull up, I only see 2 employees. This place needs more help. Third thing, staff was aggressive and rude. Probably because get that they get paid minimum wage. I would not recommend Jack In The Box as of Feb 2024.
