They have the best food in the fast food business but, the last two times I've ordered the ultimate bacon I've got double cheese when I get it home.I'll be taking my time and checking my order from now on

Yesterday at 7:10 PM, I arrived at the drivethru because my son has been asking for weeks if he could try something. I was told that they were closed for the next 10 minutes. It must have been because all the employees needed to take a break at the same time, during what I would consider a peak time. Very smart business decision. One employee was by the back door on his cell phone, and two other employees were on the side of the building smoking. Definitely more important than serving customers! I saw 2 other cars pull in at the same time and have to leave. Just close for good, it appears from the other reviews that this business can’t abide by business hours anyway.Edit: I see the response from the owner. Don’t worry, I already submitted my feedback to the company directly last night. So disappointing. Looking at reviews for the last several months, this has been an ongoing issue. Without proper leadership and holding the team accountable for their actions, your service will not improve. How about you share additional details about what you are doing to resolve these issues? The generic responses add no value here.

Pretty much what every other 1 star review says. They always close early even though their sign says open till 10. It's a different made up closing time every time I try to go there. Just ridiculous, no wonder all the JIB are closing in the area and have a horrible service reputation.Can't wait for the corporate response how they are looking into it. So many bad reviews! This has been going on for over a year with no changes. You would think they would actually try and care a little.....

Your hours say you close at 10. You should close at 10 or update your hours to say you stop serving food at 9:40.The mall closes at 9, most workers get off at 9:30 (you know, with the time alloted in your budgeted hours to finish your closing duties) and we would like to be able to get food after also working a long day.Sorry to be a Karen about it, but hours of operation exist for a reason, and food service is supposed to supply the closing hours necessary to complete closing tasks. If you can not accommodate, then fix what needs to be fixed so guests don't have to run around to find food.

I arrived at 4:40 on a Friday. The lights were on and the Open sign was lite. When I pulled up to the Drive through I was informed they were closed. No reason given. There is even a notice on the speaker that says notify us if you are closed during normal posted Hours.

Cant have cheese. Specifically told them 3 times at drive thru.Pulled off, went to eat my food and it had extra cheese.I just love paying for food I cant eat.Thanks Jerks.

Did not get the Chocolate Croissants, first time it was chicken and fries, second time in the same day ordered same croissants, got churros. Not pleased.
First guy at window tried giving us the wrong food. Then he finally figured it out charged us that's fine. Until within a minute he tried charging us again! He still had receipt in his hand. Unless I'm dieing I won't stop there again..

Went to the drive-through today and they claimed that they were closed. This was during normal business hours. One of the employees was outside looking at his phone and I spotted two other employees inside. It is amazing how many times this place “closes down“ for an hour or two

If you thought Bayless was bad this place is even worse. The one on Bayless has actually gotten a lot better. This location however is pretty bad. Poor service, SLOW service, and the restaurant looks dirty. Every time I come here there's multiple workers just standing around outside. No wonder why this place is slow as hell, nobody cares about their job. This location sucks, save your time and money and go some where else.

Closed at 1:00pm on a Sunday for a shift change. Saw 4 employees in the parking lot hanging out as I drove away. Maybe turn the open sign off next time for the shift change.
