Old woman who was working had an extreme attitude problem after being extremely nice, took very long, asked for quite a bit of ranch and stated she could only give me 3 and laughed at me, never offered that the packets are a couple scents more and I would have given her my card back to pay. Truly disrespectful and unruly.

I frequently stop here on my way home from work late nights n usyally it's great, but tonight I was turned away told they're only taking mobile orders bcuz they're short staffed even tho someone was there to talk to me through the speaker and website says they're open so I'm just confused🤔 I guess I will have to find somewhere else to go after work from now on bcuz who knows if they will feel like taking your order or not!😞

I went to Jack in The box at 11:04 but due to short staff they were only taking mobile orders. How are they short-staffed when I seen three people in there they need some new employees cuz the ones they have don't do nothing at night

I enjoy every visit here. The drive through, african american lady (with a hairbun) is the sweetest person I’ve come across at a drive through. (I dont know her name and forgot to ask) Never has she not greeted me with a smile, even late night. MANAGEMENT : I really hope and wish you would give this woman a good raise! She sincerely deserves it, she’s so pleasant! Take care of your GOOD employees, and they will take care of your customers!💖
