Ultimate cheese, hot and juicy. 2 tacos just right not overcooked. Drive thru was loaded, but the line kept moving. Service at window. Excellent, asked if needed any sauces, pepper,salt, etc.

I did a purchase on October 3rd using my debit card at Jack in the box. And because they did not process their paperwork in a timely manner. I ended up with a $36 over draft fee. Because they didn't process it until 4 days later. When I called to talk to a manager no one answered the phone.

I called back to jack in the box after 9am talked to oneof the store managers and told the situation. She told me that I was wrong that I need to call my bank about the overdraft fee. I told I did talk to bookkeeping department at my bank and it was not a bank error it was the merchant. I told the lady that I have the paperwork that show when I made my purchase and when it was processed. The manager didn't want to hear it was there fault so she hung up on me. When I called back no one answered the phone. I called corporates number this morning and after 3:30 this afternoon. The office is currently closed. I won't be going back.

I am telling everyone I know not to go to Jack in the box. I tried 4times calling corporate and everytime I call I get a recording the offices are closed. Crappy business

After coming here a few times with my service dog .I went in tonight and got told by a guy that she can't be in there.smh he's wrong you know I didn't feel like arguing I was very polite and left. But what a bummer she looks forward to coming here and getting a pup cup. The kid was tall and skinny with long messy hair.cali dog is 😢 sad

I go to this JITB a lot and I am usually a happy customer, but today I ordered one of my usuals and I couldn’t bite into the burger. I took off the bun and here is a white, hard as a.rock tomato slice, I took it off and finished the burger. I included a pic. I mean really man… whoever made my burger saw this… they wouldn’t eat this… might have to find a different location or go inside and find out who the clown is doing stuff like this and have a talk with him/her when they get off, if it is a chick, my girlfriend would love to speak to her… 🤮
