On 3/6 ordered a popcorn chicken box and they forgot the fries in the box. They did seemingly over load it with popcorn chicken but I was wanting my the fries also.Not the first time.

Tonight, around 1 am, my wife and I casually drove through this Jack in the Box location craving a late-night snack. I must say, this visit stands out as one of the most enjoyable fast food experiences we've had since before the pandemic. The service was speedy, courteous, and the food was scrumptious. The small team working at this location on March 10, 2024, at 1 am truly went above and beyond. They all deserve recognition and appreciation for their hard work. This Jack in the Box has now earned its place as our preferred spot for late-night munchies, and has flat-out restored our faith in the fast food industry.

Me and my wife have come here about a dozen times over the last year and they have always had well cooked and fresh food and the service has been great and order always accurate.
Typically at this location the food and service is mediocre. Either the order isn't correct or there's condiments/sauce missing. However tonight's experience was exceptional!!! My order which is always very specific was absolutely perfect. Crew members Zelda & Anna were very polite and went the extra mile to ensure that my order was not only correct but also hot and ready in a timely manner. I've been visiting this location for the better part of the last 10 years. And this particular visit has been the better than any of the prior ones. Please do whatever it takes to continue offering visits as good as this one was.

This Jack in the Box is The Best one in the greater St. Louis metro, bar none! I will drive 15 miles 1-way just to get my tacos from here.They Will make your order with any modifications that you request correctly every time. No mistakes.
This place is always busy for a reason, the staff make the food well and quickly. I've been to other locations and they haven't been half as good as this one.Don't come here in a hurry, and you'll get some very well made "fast food"

The employees inside this jack-in-the-box have really changed. And I don't mean by the good. The young man that was doing the cooking. The same day the guy was there from the state to inspect the vent hood? That'll let you know what day it was. I don't come in there to listen to your employees talk about. My mama said you must have been out smoking crack all night You just getting home. I don't know who your new cooks are. This is three different incidents that I have heard incidents over drugs in this restaurant. Never before it was a very quiet nice restaurant. I'm taking it that these loudmouth drug users. Must got transferred from some of the restaurants that closed. It's really sad that you can't take your grandkids inside Jack in the box to sit on and eat. Without hearing your employees talking about smoking crack cocaine. And the sad part that's the person that's cooking our burgers. And every incident has been your cooks and I mean the new cooks. And this is the daytime shift. I really hope that your employees clean their hands and fingernails. Before they touched mine and my family's food. Because you know they're using crack cocaine. When they brag that their mother says that to them. Not the ones it's been there for a few years. I also noticed the sign. Telling your employees they're not allowed to close the dining room no more. I take that must be some of the lazy employees from the old restaurants that got transferred that wants to close the dining room. Your dining room and the dining room at 55 in Herculaneum exit. Is normally the only Jack in the boxes around with the dining rooms opened up. Thank you for that because I don't want to come to your restaurant if I cannot sit down in the dining room and eat. That's what eating out is about. And I thank you for standing up for your customers and allowing us to use your dining room. I take it this must be some of the lazy employees transferred from the restaurants that closed up again. Thank you You're long life customer..
