Line was very long one day I went there and my food was not hot when I got it. Otherwise, usually a good experience.

This location has screwed up more orders than every other fast food restaurant I've ever been to combined. It's typical to receive only half of your order. I'm confused how you can have a 20% success rate for filling orders. Placed an order tonight and never received my 7 jalapeno poppers but got a refund from door dash. Imagine working at jack & the box and thinking it's hard.

This being the 3rd time this has happened to me, I've decided to post this - Today, I got in line to order a breakfast at around 10:30 am, and waited around 8 minutes at the drive-thru order board, but didn't even get a "I'll be right with you" - just dead silence. I finally drove off and went to McDonald's. Which is very disappointing, since I prefer Jack in the Box's. I guess they really don't want to keep their customers.

They don't have their s*** together at all. They're so quiet at the box and they dont even get your orders right. we had to say our order three times and when we got to the window they still didn't have it. Unbelievable. They need to get better management. Get ur s*** together dude.

Always short-staffed, drama and I worked there until the current manager had to turn work into a hostile work environment on me after I went off on the black shift leader for punching my shoulder to get my attention on getting back to work when he pretty much does nothing unless a customer i there. Not only that, but I walked out just to now see the current manager calling the cops on ke for no reason saying that I'm harassing or texting suicidal crap? Lowest. people. I've. met. this restaurant should be shut down.

Not a good experience. Got my order wrong 2x as i waited 20 minutes after I ordered. Yes it was around lunch time but thats no excuse.

Every time I visit the jack in the box in oakville, it’s a horrible experience. I’m not sure how these particular employees are trained but the food is always disgusting especially the greasy greasy tacos!! They are always out of everything! I could go on but what’s the point lol!!!!

No one was in side ordering food just me. the drive thru was packed, rule #1 always go inside to see how they prepare your food an see how clean they are. I observed the lady making food with no gloves on I CRINGED watching her touching everything from one order to next (nasty)!! The hole time touching her face with out washing her hands so I got my money back (refund) that's why I dont like fast food 50/50 CHANCE YOU'LL GET SICK EATING HERE.....
