I Was the only customer in the drive through sitting at the speaker for 30min even called to make sure they was open and they was n I let them know I was there never did take my order!

Don’t waste your time at this location. I went two weeks ago. They were out of every type of soda except diet and different types of bread. Today I went sat at the drive-through speaker for nine minutes. Just to be told no one could take my order they didn’t have a cashier at the moment. As I was behind a car who ordered Could not have told me right then I had to sit there for nine minutes.
I’m not sure who was working the window today. But it was Tuesday at 4 PM. She was the sweetest person I think I’ve ever had at any drive-through window.

If they ever put all the food you pay for in the bag it would be 5 stars. They always forget something every time. A sandwich some fries a soda something

Waited in line for over an hour this was jack late night right behind the order screen next car coming up got out of line There were people parked on the side street waiting on food this us not the first time that this ga happened 😑. I drove right to white Castle I really wanted Jack in the Box
This is the worst Jack in the box I have ever been to. There was o ly one car in front and one in back of us. After 25 minutes waiting our order we gave up! Asked for a refund, the employees looked hi and the building smelled like weed! This is terrible!

Connie was so kind. I worked and then had to spend overnight in the hospital with family. I was on my way home and stopped by because they serve lunch and breakfast 24/7. I just ordered two normal tacos on the app prior to pick up. They just so happen to be out. They instead replaced with Monster tacos. They were so kind about it and said they just wanted to make the order right since I ordered online. She was so nice and it’s rare to see people work a drive-through that nice these days, especially in the city.

My jalapeno poppers were all broken and burnt. We were in the drive-thru and had to pull up for service never got my water never got any ranch.
