Lived in the area 15 years and have made numerous visits. never does everything go right. tonight they wouldn't even take our order. said they are only doing doordash. seems you should help people physically there and not just an online service. there's always something, shake machine is "broken", food takes half an hour and then is incorrect when we get it. this place should be avoided. shocked it is still there.

We ordered. They asked us to pull forward. We waited almost 20 minutes after paying. Youâd think in waiting that would mean everything is fresh. No. Instead I get cold stale fries. Cold burgers and cold tacos. Iâm very angry about it because there was no one else in line but us. If youâre going to make ppl wait, make the food fresh and donât say âmy bad you had to waitâ as an apology for the delay. Ppl do not give a crap about the customer service. Itâs really irritating.

The location appeared to not be busy with employees outside watching intently as we sat in the drive through. The drive through employee said she would be right with us. The employees outside continued to watch us and after several minutes of waiting and uncomfortable looks from the employees outside we decided to leave.

They were just standing around in there talking not working. Bunch of orders waiting on the counter getting cold, didnât even acknowledge him.
