The doors are always locked and the owner lies and says they’ll get it fixed but nothing ever happens. So if they reply to your comment just know it’s only to make themselves appear to want to give a good experience. The owner doesn’t care and it shows in the people they hire.

Every time I visit this location the doors are locked and it’s “online orders only” in the drive thru. Earlier last week I came at 6pm and I’m here now at 7:30 on a Monday and still cannot order. Out of 6 times I’ve ordered from this location I was only actually able to get food twice. Why is it always online orders only? What’s the point in fast food if I can’t even order at the location?

The restaurant and fellow customers were great. This rating is for that app!!!!! I ordered ONLINE IN THE APP 2 separate times, and didn't get one point!!! Ordered even more food. Still, zero points!!! Told me my reciept was too old. If I ordered online and with the app, wht didn't ir give me my points!!!! Bad system, very bad!!!!😠😠

The lobby is closed again!!
I'm disabled and I have to use the lobby because I don't drive. I am being dead serious with what I am about to say!!
I truly pray and wish that they bulldozed the entire building and put a Taco Bell or a Kentucky fried Chicken or actually anything!!!!!
The food was good but I didn’t like the way manager was treating their employees, yelling at her, telling her she is not doing there job right front of customers, if they have to fire someone they can, but treating them like they are kids is no go!!!!

I really don’t like giving bad reviews. It was just okay. The service was just okay from the way the order was taking to the way it was presented and what we witnessed in the time sitting there. I understand cars being in the drive thru but to watch a car pull up pay and have a car already there waiting and we are sitting there waiting & they get to order finally making it to the window only to watch the car sitting there waiting moves after a while. Was a little crazy to us and we didn’t understand what was going on but never the less it took us to sit there and watch the car that ordered before us to get to the window to pay, pull up, back up, pull back to the window to get there food to finally drive off and us pull up eventually after being greeted after being placed on hold to order to even witness all this and us get to the window to finally pay & get our food & be surprised by what we witnessed being in food service & seeing this at other jack in the box to get our food to be half way satisfied with the service and not have everything. Like a utensil for the loaded fries/potato wedges.
