I give this location in value 1/10 I give them a zero because everyone there is discriminats twords anyone that is trying to walk freely and eat dinner or questions there lockdown process I guarantee jack himself don't have a clue how much customers revenue he's losing at that Pacific location and won't cover u for time wasted and there slow and lazy and think there getting away over on us are dumpster diving like cracks

I just went through the drive through at the jack n the box on Lindell. The woman working the drive thru was absolutely ridiculous and Immature and rude . She was ridiculous in her responses taking our order but I just chalked it up to kids being silly but then I saw she wasn’t a kid. Pulling up to the drive through window she stuck her hand out the window and yelled at us to stop pulling forward. Once we were able to pull forward and pay for our food she then told us to pull forward and then we sat and waited for our food and eventually I hear her yelling out the drive through and holding our food out the window in the cold air. Instead of reversing backwards to keep up her childish and so unprofessional behavior I then got out of my car and walked back to the drive thru and grab our food. I totally understand why this place only has a 3.3 rating. Well deserved.

I ordered 4 $5 bags from here online. 1at when I pulled up to the restaurant I went through the drive thru cause the lobby was closed. No problem... But I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins before anyone came across the intercom. Now if I hadn't already paid online I would've left. But I did so I waited. Patiently I might add. When the lady came across the intercom 1st she said she didn't see my order and they stopped taking door dash at 8p. When I informed her that I wasn't there for door dash and I had my confirmation number her tone became a little snappy but ok I already paid and she had to make my food so I bit my tongue. Finally she stated that it popped up on her screen and the $5 deal was no longer being done but she will fulfill my order this 1 time. Like I'm supposed to be grateful for this. I don't understand if you guys no longer offer the meal. Why is it still on your website? The actual jack in the box website, not door dash. In the end i got the meals but Geesh... Oh and by the way I wasn't able to use any of my rewards points on the order either.

Jack in the Box is sad sorry and simply pathetic there's nobody inside to take orders it's a guy in there taking out trash is not doing anything else I think they don't even know how to comply. Black folks get on my nerves they even do a simple task but everybody wants a job

I hate going here because the employees never greet u friendly, they don't thank u, they ALWAYS make me pull up from the window while waiting for my food. Instead of them bringing my food to me, they have me back up to get my food. Now that's some ghetto mess. That's not how it is supposed to be done.

The lady that works the drive through window is rude and needs some customer service drive through training. I recently visited this location twice and got the same experience that's was not positive and waited for over 20 mins at the drive through menu before my order was taken.

Surprisingly pretty good food , not sloppy well done hopefully they stay there prolly one of the nicest looking burgers in person not messy looked just like the pictures , also food went down good felt healthy compared to BK and McDonald's id recommend this place tbh and I think they deserve a raise , never had a order this good I'd give them a 10 out of 10 for the presentation of how the food looked and tasted , first time trying jack n the box and I loved at first sight I was skeptical 🤔 but I gave in and it was worth it

I Uber here to get food I told the lady over 3xs what I wanted. When I received my food she didn’t add my drink I informed her. She closed the window on me then came back to tell me she can’t ring up at the window for my drink that I stated I wanted over 3xs. The store manager I believe or maybe a team lead with the short hair & tall! She is always rude as well and I won’t be back y’all are horrible!!!!

One of the worst experiences encountered. I walked into jack n the box on Lindell in st Louis mo. Had to use restroom before my order, which was locked and she told me that I had to purchase something before I do so( Wow really). Meanwhile the whole time she's just being rude remind you I have to use restroom. So I asked could you unlock the door she replied with you can leave i don't have to let you do anything Wow really again the whole time I'm in disbelief that this happening . Hurt me to my heart that customer service is this poor. I didn't deserve it and I'm not the only one. Terrible Terrible. Today is November 4,2024 she's a older lady with red top hair with glasses on. She has to do better
After visiting qdoba and they dissappointed me with food and customer service I came to jack in the box just to greeted by rude team members very unprofessional and my food was cold ! I will not be shopping at any more restaurants in the city!
