Pulled up to the drive thru and the cashier said “can I help you?” I asked for my two sandwiches and before I could say anything else, the cashier gives me my total. I then say “ I wanted an order of tacos too” in a rude tone she said “ I already took your order, pull around”. I pulled off and went next door to Five Guys, even though I had to spend more there, the customer service was amazing! This location has so many complaints, corporate needs to visit.

Visited the drive thru and was told it would be a 10 minute wait, I was completely okay with this and informed the lady I spoke with. Pulled into a parking space per her request and waited well past 10 minutes, decided to leave without ordering anything. Very disappointed.
The woman at the drive thru had a bad attitude about me wanting to get a dipping sauce for my child’s food. After ruining the experience being rude she lied about my card declining so my child couldn’t enjoy the food with the sauce. It was little but big at the same time. I don’t recommend her being around people in the drive thru. I hope she finds a good customer service vibe and improves. 1/10

This one's lobby never seems to be open. Went to the drive thru, and the people are rude and hate their job. Food nasty too just like their attitudes. Don't do delivery because you'll pay for food they didn't put in the bag.

Terrible experience!!! Charged 6.99 for a smash burger that looked like a kid's single burger. Manager was very combative with customer experience. Will not go back again and will not buy their "so call" smash burger which is a joke.

I came in from out of town and this was my first time in a jack in the box. Right off the bat the energy from the lady at the drive thru was very ecstatic. The food was good aswell. I tried the loaded tiny tacos, the number 12 chicken sandwich and the jalapeno poppers. I was satisfied.Parking: Many other stores and restaurants share this plaza
